I want to share my amazing experience at the Verizon store located at 1000 North Green Valley Parkway. Zachary, the Assistant General Manager, went above and beyond to resolve my issue. His professionalism, kindness, and expertise turned my frustration into relief, almost like magic. Zachary reassured me everything would be taken care of—and he kept his word!
He exceeded all my expectations and truly made my day. I highly recommend this store for its outstanding customer service. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares and delivers, ask for Zachary. You won’t be disappointed!

I witnessed an associate allow an couple to cut in front of me in line, even though I had been patiently waiting for over 30 minutes. I find this behavior disrespectful and unacceptable, especially considering that there were other people waiting behind me.

Miguel is the man!! I came in towards the end of business hours a couple of weeks ago, frustrated about a billing (customer service) issue I’ve been trying to deal with over the phone/chat. Miguel helped me feel supported and heard, called up CS with me present and tried to problem solve with me while helping CS open another ticket. The issue I’ve been dealing with isn’t solved (Verizon CS needs HELP), but that isn’t Miguel’s fault. If nothing else, it was incredibly nice to be heard and understood, and my ticket has progressed further with his help. Give this man a bonus, Verizon!

Over all a generally painful experience. I switched from At&t. It took two extra visits for them to port my families numbers over, during which texts were being missed and calls were being received by my old phone.
Then the "promotion" that was supposed to be applied never was. It's now 9 months late, I have been billed an extra almost $100 dollars a month. Had to spend an hour on the phone a month ago coming through convoluted bills on business plan, to figure how the associate put everything in...and they still haven't refunded me or changed my bill.
Feels like an old school used car biz.
All I can say is I'm really unhappy with the service.
To update, I just spent an an hour and forty five minutes, again, and hopefully they've rectified the issue. Mind, they wont give me cash back, just credit.
So if you have extra time to burn, I recommend going to this store.
