Wow that was cool ! We got the new Verizon Home internet today and it's amazing. It's so fast and it was so simple to hook up I recommend this to anybody

I have come to this location at 3 different times (different days) during posted business hours and each time there is a printed paper taped to the door stating "sorry we had to step away" with a return time.What is the point of business hours if hours of operation are not true.

Zach greeted us as soon as we walked in the door, and helped us immediately after his current customer in the store. Jory, Dawayne, and the other employee were very pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable if all products, and Zach walked us through setting up the internet box before we left the store. Amazing team, and I love the way the team works together as a team. Team players all the way around.

Someone at the store originally made this a 5 star review without asking me while I was in store? They add on stuff without telling you and lie about prices, dont add promos on purpose and get you to pay setup fees in store, then Verizon will try to charge you full price because of lack of promo, as well as try to charge your set up fees again. Verizon overcharged me hundreds in fees and lack of promo credits before I made them fix it all after over 10 phone calls to verizon, including 3 supervisor phone calls, where this location refused to help them verify info to help get the credits that were the whole reason i was convinced to get the equipment in store by employees. This means that either this store or verizon could be doing this to other people who dont catch it and call them to get it credited back, thats potentially tens of thousands of dollars that they are stealing from customers.And again, why would you make a review on my phone withour my knowledge? Thats so sketchy. Theyd get 3 stars, but the fact tuat they did this and RESPONDED TO THE REVIEW so gross dude..

Their automated response pretending to care is hilarious. I tried getting help and found none - along with a complete lack of empathy. No surprising given the best they can do for ALL of these 1 star reviews is cut & paste some text. That's exactly the level of "effort" displayed by their employee in their fake Verizon store

Zachary was gracious throughout our interaction despite my arriving practically at the end of his shift for the day and asking a number of inane questions.He was quick to meet my needs, even addressing issues that had not yet occurred to me but would have been frustrations upon arriving home and realizing I had not addressed them. In order to meet my needs fully, he was required to remain long past his work day had ended to assist me.He made the experience easy and yet I still left with a complete understanding of everything that had been accomplished on my account and will not be surprised by anything I see on the initial bill. Truly a great shopping experience.I made sure to inquire about his work schedule so that I can be assured of working with him for my subsequent service needs. It had not been my intent to transfer my other lines and devices over to my new Verizon account but I changed my mind when I realized that Zachary would be able to accomplish this competently and quickly.

No complaints about this store...just the fact that I have had the worst customer service from Verizon trying to dispute data overage charges despite have limit warnings set in place.Verizon customer service has yet to respond to inquiries as to why their "communications" dept was not able to issue these data limit overage notifications which resulted in 4x my usual monthly bill for 2 months! Even after discussing this same issue on the first month, the 2nd month was NOT resolved. Verizon customer service personnel states that they can only issue a maximum of $50 per cycle which even that has not been seen yet. My resolution was to terminate my service with Verizon and go with COX for $1.00 per month for the same plan since I already have COX TV & INTERNET.

Not happy at all with this store. Took my mom in to upgrade to a specific phone and the guy discouraged her from getting the one she wants due to his opinion on the experiences other customers had with it and "previously" generation models not being a durable phone. Although he was being honest it made my mom now not want the phone so we walked out. We came a specific phone not an opinion on what phone to get. Sucks to go to a store to ready to get a new phone and walk out with no new phone. When she ready to change her mind will be going to a different store.

While there were some issues while I was there- including waiting for over 2.5 hrs to get a new phone- the employees/ staff did their best to help. The manager besides acting as a courier for the phone did not offer much assistance at all. Sidny was the most expert employee and communicative about the situation. Daniela did her best, however she was still being trained- and that’s why I blame leadership and the owners. Your staff is a reflection of you; you train them poorly-or not at all- and they attempt to do things on their own. The owners/ corporate let down the manager who in turn let down his staff

Waited for an hour, couldn't get help, got passed up in line, so I left. Only one person working the store, so if if this is the service I'm going to get with them, I decided to stay with my current provider.
