Wow what an experience. Waited an hour past my appointment time and when i said something to the employee they really didn’t seem to care.I’ve come for vaccines before too and had the same experience. Idk why i thought the actual vet vs the vaccine clinic would be better. Silly me

First they don’t call with my pets $200 blood tests results then finally get a call asking if I’m going to pick up the meds before they go back in storage so I go in after work and they’re closed two hours before the posted time. Will not be returning.

Don't waste your time unless it's an emergency. You'll wait hours just to be seen even though you have an appointment.

We've been bringing our dog here now for a few months for grooming and training. Everyone's always been super friendly. We've completed puppy level one training and just started puppy level two training. Our puppy has learned a lot and he loves going. Jacie is our trainer and she's knowledgeable and friendly. The grooming services have been great as well. We've had Savanna and Maria and both are good. Our puppy always smells and looks great. We've always had good experiences and he's done usually within the hour. Never had any problems with them so not sure what's with all the bad reviews. We will continue to go as our experiences have been nothing but great!

I've been going to this Petco location since 2019 and I love it when it comes to grooming service and I even had my pup attended his puppy traning here. They've always been helpful however, they disappointed me today bigtime. I set an appointment for my pup at 3:30 pm through the app and I decided to reschedule it at 12:00 pm few days later 'cause I want him to go earlier. I got an update a day before that the time is confirmed via text and email so it was cool I thought all was set and very convenient. So when my husband dropped my pup off today they said "oh you cancelled it. We don't see your appointment" so my husband showed the text and email confirmation they just said "sorry we don't have it here there's nothing we can do about it". How inconsiderate it is that your email confirmation and text will not suffice that you have an actual appointment? This is very disappointing!! What's the sense of confirmation if you're gonna turn down a service and not actually care? So now I'm calling them to make sure that my dog has an appointment for next week so I don't get turned down again but you can never talk to anyone just a voicemail. I hope they step up on customer service because it's getting ridiculous!

Do not come here especially for grooming needs. We have used Petco for years in another city and the month we moved here things started getting fishy. They would automatically upgrade our grooming services $25+ without our consent several times. I have been calling customer service for months. When I originally called the store manager the told me that I was a liar though I have physical copies of receipts. He said he trusts his groomers words over mine. Horrible customer service. They will do anything for money.

Worst! Absolute worst customer service I have ever seen at a pet business. It took almost 3 hours to give my fur baby a bath, de-shed, and trim his nails. After picking him up, my baby which is high energy but super lovable rubbed his nose on the back of my husbands arms while he was trying the put the leash on. The employee was like oh no he (the dog) must have cut you and you have blood coming down the back of your arm. I asked her for paper towels. Before we left, she said that she was going to refer my baby to the vet because he's "high energy." After getting in the car my baby was in the back seat and leaned over the front seat to kiss my cheek. I looked over and he had a big gouge in his nose and was bleeding from his nose. I don't know what they did to him but with the rude and bad attitude employees I can only imagine. If you care about the life and health or your fur baby, do not take him to Petco for grooming. Worst experience ever!

Worst customer service. I'm not going into great detail. Obviously, they have a management problem at this location. Training on customer service is really bad. The reason is always management. In this case it's Tyler. I hope someone above him will monitor his behavior. He, clearly, has no reason to be leading a team nor helping customers. What he failed at, today, was basics. And never is a manager supposed to be blatantly rude to a customer. He doesn't even have the backbone to resolve a situation. Again, he has no place in management, unless Petco wants a, truly, bad example set for the employees and to lose customers. I've been a customer for a very long time. I will not go back to that location and I will find another business to make my purchases from. It's tough competing with on line business. The very reason customer service is more important than ever, now!!

We've been taking our dogs here for years. They do a decent job. Today's experience was very disappointing. The groomer did ok with the dog, but the grooming staff was very rude. We have had enough and will be searching for a new groomer.

I never write reviews but what happened today pissed me off. I had a great experience at the Petco in Summerlin but the black male employee with the cornrows who helped me today.. must've been racist or something. I asked him for help in the fish area and the entire time, he treated me like I was a nuisance. I asked for one aquatic plant. (I definitely wanted more but I could tell he was annoyed by me already) Then I told him that I would like 4 of the see through white fin tetras and 1 calico goldfish. This is when he starts to SCOLD me like I'm 5 years old (mind you I'm 5'7 with a slight athletic build, filipino/ Islander girl) "You can NOT mix COLD WATER & TROPICAL fish together" 4x over and over saying the same thing while I'm trying to decide what I'm gonna do so he could shut up and I could get out of there. I decide to just get the tetras and as I'm walking away there's an older white lady an aisle down and I can hear him genuinely, kindly, and respectfully ask her "ma'am can I help you with anything?". I wish I got his name man..

Christine gave our nervous dog the best cut. She was punctual and kind and made our boy look so handsome. Definitely recommended and we will be back!

We had a bad experience at the other Petco location with our dogs ear being cut super low and at this location we just experienced extremely bad customer service. One of the grooming employees (never got her name but she had a rainbow fohawk which is pretty distinctive in my opinion) snapped at us about how she could or couldn't style our dogs cut. I could tell right off the bat she wasn't a people person and her rudeness didn't stop there- the cut was badly done and quite frankly I could have put up with that because fur grows back, but the sour taste her personality left with us? That doesn't change.
