Charged because my child wasn't on my VSP. WRONG, the employee didn't know what they were doing and cost me over 200 dollars. For first time visits for dependents they may not be listed on the family VSP plan. You have to submit them under MY info and VSP will process it. I can't believe someone like me had to find out this information directly from my employer insurance company,. over someone who is EMPLOYED at a place who handles this on a daily basis. Incompetence.

Pleasantly surprised by the great service I received from the doctor and the help I received from Hannah as I selected and finished the process of ordering glasses. There were plenty of great options that were within my budget.
