I felt they didn't value my time. Sat after having an appointment for over an hour. Then when all is said and done still can't get glasses because their system says I'm not eligible, but my online search says I am. Someone doesn't want to do their job

I'm being nice for giving one star to this review, but Dr. Garcia's staff did not even deserve one at all. No words can explain how I felt by the way Ashalina talked down on me. Very unwelcoming and very unprofessional. No smile on her face and it felt like she was trying to make me leave by the way she talked to me. And there was no line behind me. I very much like Dr. Garcia, but her staff need to be enrolled in a class to learn patience, professionalism and customer service "Etiquette".

Always a great experience here. Fast, efficient. Dr. Jean is wonderful, gentle, kind, caring. The optical staff are wonderful, friendly, very helpful and make it a very comfortable experience. And great collection of frames to choose from.

I've lived here in Henderson going on twelve years and this is the only place I have bought my glasses. I always buy the basic two pair without anything extra and have never had a problem. Over the years I've lost screws and I pop in and they fix them immediately. Great service, prices and excellent people who care.

Staff at the front worked with me to pull up my insurance when I couldn't find my card. They were so understanding!! Dr. Garcia was so sweet and friendly, and did so many different tests with my lazy eye to get a more updated prescription. Afterwards the lady in the eyeglass store helped me find out when my insurance would cover my frames.Overall great experience and left with a great attitude!! Looking forward to returning ?

Hispanic receptionist was VERY sweet. Associate on the eyewear side was also very sweet and helped with my insurance questions. Both made my first experience / process very pleasant. They had a pretty good selection of lense styles and brands! Will return and recommend!

Dr. Jean was very patient and attentive. And Vicky is so great at what she does. Never once felt unheard or rushed.the girls on the floor were all attentive and the doctor side check in were nice and easy and quick.

Great place to get your glasses friendly staff. They will help you with every step of the way for what you need to find the glasses you want or need. A great office to get your eye Exam completed also for your vision needs.

Very professional and attentive staff from Dr. Jean Garcia for the eye exam to a very capable and charming Hanna Leydi in assisting with the selection and purchase of eyeglasses, it was a wonderful experience. I strongly recommend this location and those individuals.

Very clean, great selection of glasses and the doctor was great. However, the receptionists and wait times were horrible. I was there 2 separate times between myself and my sons. Both times the receptionists were rude and neither one of them smiled once. At least not to me, my husband or sons. The wait time to see the doctor, 1st time was an hour and 2nd time was half an hour after are appointment times. I don't think I will be returning.

Not the worst experience but definitely agreed with a lot of the other reviews. I feel like the Dr. is very thorough and patient but the appointments aren't and the front desk ladies aren't. I understand though, they're trying their best to get the patients in but the doctor is taking her time with the patient to get everything done... It's a system that doesn't work in many cases but we loved the Doctor! The glasses side, very aggressive sales. I'm not sure how I feel about the experience as a whole but the Doctor was amazing, she's very thorough and does not allow a single mishap and will go over it with you over and over again.

Was seen the same day as a walk-in, glasses should be in soon. Overall, staff was very efficient and frames and exam were affordable and the staff is very pleasant to be around.
