Possibly the worst Von's in Henderson. Alway's short staffed at the checkouts and "Three's A Crowd" is a joke...more like eight!
And why is it when I do get to the check-stand the checker is on the radio asking if so & so should be on break or so & so should be at lunch. How about "let's get these customers out of here!" Paying customers should not have to wait to pay!
It's also telling of your many "apologetic" responses to your reviews because there's many.

Ran out of stock on turkey for Thanksgiving, ground turkey meat ,even boneless chicken and few other items :(

Sadly I use to like shopping here. But the last few times I’ve had bad experiences. Enough now that I have to write about it. Today the icing on the cake was that you had a product online and available for order, showing that it was fully in stock. I go to the store and can’t seem to find it on shelf where it said it was supposed to be. Since I couldn’t find anyone to help I placed the order online while I was finishing my shopping. Then I get a text saying my order was cancelled and I wasn’t given a proper reason why. I tried chatting with your A.I. on the app, but the app doesn’t work well at all and can’t connect when I try chatting. I will no longer be shopping with you guys.

If I could give no stars I would. Complaint relates to delivery on 9th October 2019. Delivery driver spilt red wine on carpet from a broken bottle and scratched a glass dining table by dumping tins and bottles on it. I complained to Vons via 6 emails, I am still awaiting the delivery manager from Horizon ridge pkwy store to contact me. Today is 4th December, 2 months after the delivery. I'm disappointed a company the size of this is simply unable to appropriately respond and resolve this issue.

This has been my local market for 18 years. I shop here weekly and the cashiers and management are always wonderful, my experience in the floral department however is less than satisfactory. I have needed the floral department exactly twice in 18 years, the first time was a year ago and my experience with the florist shocked me. Shes was rude, insensitive and unhelpful. I brushed it off as maybe an off day or she was busy and moved it along.
Today I phoned in to ask a question and the florist was short and nasty.
Check on your girls in floral, the unprofessionalism needs attention.

In a beautiful mountain area. Bakery 5stars. Very clean. Prices a little higher. Meat section 5stars. Had 2 cashiers open and offered to take out the shopping to the car.

They have a lot of self checkouts which is nice but the 2 tier prices are annoying. You often pay triple the price listed unless you download the app and click on the sale item that week. You never really know exactly what you pay until you leave. Not even when you ring it up, because the real price will be at then end. Does an extra $30 or so really matter, probably not. It just feels scammy though and unnecessary. I prefer to go somewhere that simply charges everyone the same price.
