The WORST Pharmacy to go to - The team is absolutely clueless and rude. We got a partial fill on antibiotics for our son there, since they did not have enough to supply the full dosage. They called the last night to say the remainder was ready for pick up, so my wife arrived the next morning to a rude, clueless man that refused to give her the remaining dose. Stated that insurance was not authorized yet (even though it was since we had ALREADY PICKED UP THE PARTIAL AMOUNT). She ended up waiting forever, just for them shove the prescription through without an apology for their mistake, told her to throw away whatever she doesn't use.
Rude Pharmacy, Clueless about what they have given out, refilled, authorize, or called out for pickup.

I had an absolutely amazing lady by the name of Diamond help me out the other night at this store. She’s wonderful, joyful, always helping me with a smile & overall excellent!!! What an outstanding employee. Diamond, thank you for helping me and taking your time to ensure everything was correct with my purchase.

This place gets 5 stars because of Niila. She's an absolutely amazing employee and this place would suffer greatly without her.
Walgreens needs to give her a huge raise. She's super fast, knowledgeable, helpful, never messes up our orders when others have, and she handles impatient and rude customers extremely well!!
If I was still a manager I'd tried to hire and steal this employee, I doubt Walgreens appreciates her as much as she deserves. Even when they're horribly short staffed and painfully busy (and it gets bad here) she is still working super hard. Many other employees would have walked out under those conditions.
Anyways, she's stellar, and the rest of the current staff have gotten much better too.

The pharmacy is not given prescriptions. The temporary close the worse part when you are choosing this pharmacy to pickup your order is not showing that the pharmacy is temporary close.😡

Convenience and friendly staff will keep me coming back. I’m on this place at least twice a week. I’m always buying something for myself or my business. The staff knows exactly what I need once they see me walk through the door. That’s right! I’m really a regular… LOL. They’ll have it waiting on the counter for me. Talk about service!!

This is the pharmacy closest to my home, but it’s sad that as a customer you have to make sure to go to the pharmacy that’s in your area. I wish I could have a smooth transaction when I deal with the employees at this place. Everyone is always rude even the pharmacist. The only person that was nice there in all these years has been Nicole and I don’t even think she’s there anymore. I wish they would be nicer, and learn how to talk to the customers going forward, obviously we don’t go there bc we like it, we are having health issues. If I could get my meds elsewhere I would. Too bad I cannot give a zero. SMH! Do better!

I have been going to this Walgreens on a regular basis for about 10 years now. Both the regular store and pharmacy. Every employee has always been amazing. The only problems I've had at the pharmacy have been due to either my insurance or my doctors, and the pharmacists/pharmacy techs can't do much about that. The store is always very clean and well stocked.
I can't say enough how friendly and efficient the employees are. They are the reason that, despite moving a bit further away, I'm still keeping my perscriptions there. As someone with some bad allergies to medications, it's important to me to know the pharmacists have my wellbeing in mind, and that has been proven at this location multiple times when my doctors slip up.

Verified ahead of time the store has western Union services.
Walk up to the desk around 1:20PM 04/28/25. The lady at the desk was short with me and said they don't do money orders.

This is my favorite Walgreens. Their online-pickup service is lightning fast. I mainly order online with curbside or in-store pickup to ensure availability of items. I use Target's online order and pick up for weekly shopping, but when I need something quick, this Walgreens is my #1 store. Note: I'm only talking about THIS Walgreens on Warm Springs. I unfortunately have not had a good experience with online order-store pick-ups with other Walgreens :(.
They also have so much patience when school lets out and all the kids come pouring into the store, it looks like it's all hands on-deck, but the employees are amazing and friendly to everyone.
