If I could give no stars I would... it's my pharmacy for now 10 years. They are bad in everything. Unprofessional, lost, no management.. photo and printing department are a mess!!! Team is Not nice ?

out of all the walgreens i've been to this one has been my favorite one so far the workers are extremely nice and very helpful.

Why are most walgreens can not get a good reviews? The staffs are terribly slow and rude. The corporate of this establishment should do something. The eastern and sunridge branch is soon bad.

This Walgreens has been my go to pharmacy since I moved to Henderson in 2000. Upon returning to Henderson after a few years living in Arizona, this Walgreens had issues with my credit card on file multiple times despite my changing the billing address online and in person multiple times. It was very frustrating.This past week my wife and I came down with a sore throat and cold after a short trip to a cold and rainy Chicago. Instead of going in the Walgreens and shopping for medicine to help ease our symptoms, we believed we would spread less germs by ordering online and picking up our package of medicine.I ordered seven items online for $60+ on a Thursday afternoon. I received a confirmation email for my order. One hour later, I received an email stating there was a delay in fulfilling my order. Almost 4 hours later and shortly before Walgreens closed, I received an email saying they could not fulfill my order and were canceling it.When I made my online order, all seven items were shown to be in stock at the store. I do not understand why Walgreens could not fulfill my order even partially.Friday morning I placed a similar order online through CVS on Green Valley Parkway. It was ready for pick up in 47 minutes.

Over an hour and 15 mins wait just to get a vaccine shot - there were only 3 people to get a vaccine and we were all waiting. No one cared or apologized about it. Seems like some people studied basics to became a pharmacist at Walgreens, but they have no empathy for other people’s time, and lack any customer service or any business skills… just working to make people’s experience bad.

The pharmacy at this location has the rudest employees. There are a lot of good people looking for jobs. Remember that the next time you are so disrespectful to customers.

I've been on hold for 45 minutes with the pharmacy. Someone keeps picking up then puts me back on hold without saying a word.every time I try to get my prescription filled, I never hear from them. When I go there they tell me they have been trying to run it through my insurance. 5 times now I told them I Do Not have insurance, yet they keep making the same mistake.I moved my prescriptions from Smiths where the customer service is great, because walgreen sis closer but I'm so frustrated with them, I'm moving everything back. Just terrible

This review is for their pharmacy. Here's the backstory:Both my kids had strep throat so I had their antibiotic prescription sent to a different Walgreens location closer to my house. I received an email stating that they had run out of amoxicillin and was given the option to pick up at another location. First of all, how the heck do you run out of such a basic antibiotic like amoxicillin?!?! Anyway, I chose this location instead since it was the next closest one to me. I received a phone call from a pharmacy tech and she informed me that she had received the prescription transfer from the other Walgreens location. She even asked if I'd like the amoxicillin to be flavored since she noticed it was for my kids. Yes please!!! And what awesome customer service!! I was prepared to wait 20+ minutes in the drive-thru since that's what I'm used to at the other location. I pull up, and to my surprise, NO LINE!!! I had their meds and drove off in less than 5 minutes. I'm so sick of the crappy customer service and wait times at the other location. This will definitely be my new Walgreens even if it's not the closest.

I've been going to this pharmacy for over 20 years. Today I was spoken to horribly. I will never return to this Walgreens. I have tried to be patient with all the understaffing going on but I draw the line with unprofessional rude staff.

Poor pharmacy signage for vaccinations. Sign with arrow around the corner for vaccination check in and medication pick up. Noticed a very long line. Asked customers if they were waiting to check in for an appointment. Was told "no" by multiple customers in line. Walked to the window to ask where to check in for scheduled appointment vaccination. Pharmacy tech rolled her eyes and said very loudly, "did you just cut in front of all those people? " Told her I asked and just wanted to know where to check in. She very rudely and loudly said, "stand in line." Like come on. Fix your signage and just answer a simple question. I have no problem waiting my turn, but was not clear if people with appointments needed to let the pharmacy know that they were there. CVS has signs for lines to drop off, pick up, consultation, and appointment. About 10 mins later, the same pharmacy tech member walked along the long line of customers saying she's going on her break. She said, "that's what I told them, but I'm not coming back." Laughed and said, "have a good evening everyone!" There were so many people in line. Once checked in, I was told that it would be few mins and the pharmacist would be out. A few mins was actually over an hour past the scheduled appointment. While waiting, the Manager came up to the pharmacy and asked the staff, "are we not answering phone calls today?" She asked the question twice then said, "I have a very irate lady on the line." Bottom line...incredibly rude staff, poor organization, and sub-par customer service. I will say that not all the staff were rude. Lady who checked me in and the pharmacist were nice.

My husband and I went to this Walgreens yesterday to get our booster. So very disappointed that the people that work there like Kelsey was inputting our information when she sees her dentist come in for a prescription for his dog. She made us wait at least 10 minutes cause she was concerned that he wouldn't take her insurance. I don't feel that was appropriate at that time. Just my opinion. The nice woman Rhonda that gave us our shots apologized over & over. The workers there are very rude. The lines inside & outside in their cars wait & wait. These workers except for Rhonda need to go training for customer service.
