The pharmacy is trash. Everyone has a scowl on their face. They don’t even look at you. Then make you wait over 4 hours to fill a script when it not even busy. I’m going to CVS from now on. Hurry the hell up with my meds!!!!!!!!

Not a good walgreens probably because of the area and people they have to deal with. If you don't like your job maybe you should get a new one. Hire people who actually care.

Imelda was unbelievably rude. How does she even have a job. She didn't let me finish my statements or questions before rudely cutting me off. When the pharmacies mess up we suffer. I asked if she could put in the 2 early day request to the insurance company as my dental issues are unbearable. I am waiting for surgery to be scheduled. She cut me and says we don't do that at this store so what is your question. I had to ask her for her name 3 times before she provided it and still no last name given. She shouldn't work there. If she speaks like that to me imagine how she is to the elderly or the disabled. What's worse is that since their are no consequences for things like this it's why people like Imelda get away with her current actions and still has a job.
Addition: three days ago I was told my prescription will be ready on the 1st, today I call to check the status and ofcourse now it won't be ready until tomorrow. Is there anyone at this location that actually knows what they are doing? Do they not understand that they work in the health industry and people's health actually matters? Definitely time to start researching other pharmacies.

Wooooow this pharmacy Horrible services they are lazy to do there jobs I Don’t Recommend at all they always say can get proscription because insurance dosent cover because of out of state they don’t accept it they are just damn lazy n Racist it it’s not true I informed they were lying Walgreens in California Excellent services there suuuper polite and fast services Henderson Nevada I hope a supervisor or a Manager or director sees this allful experience incompetent staff Horrible I would give them a 0

Never used wallgreen and specially this pharmacy. Incompetent staff, Dr send the prescription to them , And When went to the counter the lady said our system take 2 hours to show up the prescription, and she told me if you bring paper prescription from doctor we can make it ready, and then I visit the Dr again and bring the paper, then wallgreen pharmacy lady told me it will take 30 minutes to be ready, the I waited almost one hour and then the pharmacist told me our system is not allowing us to make your prescription ready.and you need to come by us tomorrow..
That’s crazy… very disappointing .
I highly recommend Use Walmart pharmacy, they have more staff to cover each patient prescription.

I desperately needed eye drops that were not available at cvs, so i called at 820pm and had the rx transferred to this walgreens bc the girl addured me that they were in stick and she could have them ready. I called back at 859 pm
To askmwhen to come and she said 30 mins and bring my insurance card- i sent my son to oick up at 935 and when he got there, he was told they wont be ready until tomorrow- so i call the pharmacy while hes in the parking lot- and they leave me on hold for 13 minutes (conveniently at closing time) horrible to blatantly lie to someone and then ignore them and not even be accountable! Definitely will be there bright and early to address this situation- and then i will

We only used Walgreens as a place to see the doctor and pick up prescribed medications, but when I looked around the cosmetics section today, there were many cosmetics at reasonable prices.
I bought 2 Lip Gloss, Eye Pencil, Manicure, etc.
Then, I looked around and looked at various items.

The pharmacy, yikes!
I work at a clinic, and our electronic prescription system went down, meaning patients received prescription-pad prescriptions. During my busy morning, I got a call from a mom who's husband was trying to get their son's eye drop prescription filled. She said they were refusing to fill it because it was missing information.
Call the pharmacy and pull up the scan of the written prescription while I'm on hold. Everything's in place and filled out. I ask the tech what the issue was, and she rudely stated that there wasn't a clinic name, fax, or phone number on the paper. I informed her that I was looking at it in the upper-right corner, and she said it was blacked out? I asked her why, and she said whoever photocopied it must've bent the paper. Wrong. I told her the parents had the paper prescription still in hand, and if she as the tech decided to copy it, it was not the parent's fault that she screwed it up. She then proceeded to tell me the parents needed to come back and bring back the prescription, and "they might be able to fill it." I hung up, called the parents and asked them to take it to Walmart. They filled it no problem. The parents said the tech at Walgreens was rude and abrasive. I told them she was that way with me as well. I understand the verification to ensure the prescriptions are real, but if you have the doctor's office calling to verify, then it should be filled with no attitude.
I can also see if it was a prescription for narcotics or painkillers, but eye drops for a 2 year old? Ridiculous.
