The pharmacist refused to fill any of my prescriptions out of spite.
She would not refill my antibiotic. I am reporting this to the pharmacy board

Edwardo in the pharmacy had excellent service. I came earlier today for one of my wife’s medications and asked him if it was safe for her to take while pregnant.
I came back a few hours later and he asked the pharmacist about whether the second medication she was prescribed was safe without me having to ask.
Very genuine young guy and I just wanted his customer service to be recognized. Thanks Edwardo!

Can I just say, with all that is going on in the world of drugs. The pharmacy staff is amazing and does what they can to help you. The world has to have more patience and know that they have rules to follow. Stephanie store keep up the great work, you are very much appreciated for all you do.

Unreliable and compromising to patient care. My dog has been on phenobarbital for seizures since January of 2024. The last 2 months the script was held up due to IT issues at Walgreens. I received a number of excuses from the doctor changed their name, they cannot confirm the doctor’s license number, and so on and so on. The first time this happened I went in and after 20-30 minutes received the medication one day prior to being out. The second time it happened, after numerous phone calls between the vet and Walgreens and 5 days of no resolution I had to go to the Walgreens and pick up the script. I took it directly to the CVS on Valle Verde and it was filled within 15 minutes!!! The SAME EXACT script that Walgreens could not confirm the vet license number for and would not fill was filled at CVS in 15 minutes.
Also in both cases they never notified me of any issues. I had to continually call them to see what was going on and the hold times on the phone are LONG. I will not put my dog’s health in this Walgreens hands and I certainly would never entrust a human life to them.

I got 3 vaccines here at the same time and it was a very pleasant experience. I waited 10-15 mins max after checking in on my phone and I was in and out very fast, I was shocked. Highly recommend this location!

Made an appointment for a flu shot and COVID booster. Showed up 10 minutes early then waited 33 minutes after my scheduled appointment time to finally get the shots. It honestly feels that management has given up trying to give decent customer service.

The store and pharmacy are constantly understaffed. There are times I wait 15 minutes+ even to be acknowledged in the pharmacy. There has been times they take several days to even fill a prescription and these are medicines that I need. Don’t fill your prescriptions here. It’ll be a hassle to pick them up or drop them off and it will take twice as much time as any other pharmacy. I am currently moving all my prescriptions from Walgreens. Their customer service is absolutely horrible.

I don’t have to say much, every 1 Star review here has basically said it all.
Worthless employees, absolutely horrible, it should be called Circus Circus Pharmacy with a bunch of Clowns behind the counter 🤡 🤡 🤡
They ALL hate working here, every single one of them, they ask you to wait 15 minutes because they are not ready , Ok I’ll just go home since I’m close by, I come back in 45 minutes & she has the nerve to tell me we have 3 out of the 4 ready for you, we need more time to get the last one ready, it’s on the shelf behind you, go grab it put your sticker on it and Let’s gooooooo!! 25 more minutes to do a simple task!! There was nobody waiting!! There was 3 of them behind the counter, worthless, incompetent, clueless, did I say worthless?

This is hands down the most degenerate pharmacy and group of employees to exist on the face of the earth. It takes over 45 minutes to connect with a human on the phone. They pick up the phone and say please hold and this goes on and on. They constantly mess up prescriptions and when you actually arrive to pick up products, it takes over an hour in a 5 person car line. Stone cold degenerates and management needs to hire more people and train them properly
