Walgreens is always a great experience and conveniently located right across from where I live. The entire staff are amazing and have sweet personalities. I’ve taken the advice from the associate working in cosmetics and it’s so nice to talk about products right?! I’m still so happy with a new makeup remover that was recommended. One time an associate took his time to assist me with fragrances that were under lock and key ( you know what I mean) and he was patient and you know when employees try and rush or make it seem inconvenient- it was nothing like that he was super chill. The cashiers are always sweet and talk and you can just tell they’re happy. I’ve seen how the employees help each other out too and they seem like family to be honest. If you’re ever in the Green Valley area go see for yourself. The store is always clean , organized and the staff are friendly and welcoming. I hope they feel valued as employees because they deserve it and the praise that they’re always amazing 🤩

Worst pharmacy out there! Rude and very nasty pharmacist. There is a good reason why this place has all those one stars. I went to complain to the pharmacy manager and she was just as rude! It may be a racial thing because I don’t speak Spanish. Stay away from this place.

Scheduled a vaccine appointment a month in advance. Received a phone call at 8 pm the night before the appointment to be told they don't carry the vaccine. Absolutely ridiculous.

I received texts from Walgreens that my prescription was ready. I went to the pharmacy and waited quite a while to be helped. There was no one else in line, just one person in drive through and another girl on her computer. When the girl on the computer finally decided to help me, she asked loudly, what is my name. I told her. She then asked me loudly for my birth date, I tried to give that information as quietly as I could, but she yelled it out for confirmation. There are quite a few other people in the store. This is privacy information and should not be asked like that. She then yelled what is your prescription. I had no other choice but to tell her, this again is a violation of HIPAA. Giving my private medical information so loudly throughout the store. She then told me that they did not have my prescription filled. I told her I received a text that it was ready, she argued with me because she did not want to go look. Please train your pharmacy clerks on HIPAA. I could have reported this violation, but I did not, as I am positive this young girl had no idea what HIPAA even was.

The photo center staff was very helpful, but the kiosks to download and print pictures weren't working. At least the guy was nice enough to confirm that the DVD burn from another location was successful. I confirmed that at a local Walmart.

Pharmacy is terrible here. Please go get prescription somewhere else. Had problems with them a couple of times when it comes to scanning good rx for discounted prices. They will speak over you without letting you finish a sentence.

After 18 years coming to this pharmacy I hava finally decided to transfer my prescriptions away out of the walgreens system. Tonights pharmacist was distant , unhelpful and condescending. .As a healthcare worker dressed in scrubs we were also treated like extra work at a time the pharmacy was EMPTY. .I feel if she doesn't like her job stop taking it out on the patients and go to an operator call center ! We hear horror stories from people all the time from people at walgreens but this took the cake. At a time Walgreens stock price is rapidly declining maybe customer service might help..I used to drive seven miles to go to this pharmacy as we used to live down the block but NO. More . Buyer beware. .Go to a pharmacist who cares and doesn't look at you as more work.

I don't know if this business cares about its customers. The pharmacy doesn't seem to fill prescriptions unless you call and tell them to do so after you placed a reorder. I get the statement 'we have to order it' and then why is there a pause like I need to tell them to do that? Didn't I place the reorder indicating I want it filled? Seems so lazy. Also, the exterior parking lot and building lights need bulbs or service due to them flickering. It creates a dark, unwelcoming area. Why? The landscaping could use some tending to also with tall bushes one can't see around as you exit the drive thru, overgrown trees by the parking spots, and barren rock areas that get watering. The front entryway needs attention more often as debris blows around. I see regular staff people and hope they work with management to make it a great location for the neighborhood!

The lead pharmacist was extremely rude and condescending. We just moved here from AZ and I’ve had a horrible time filling my son’s ADHD medication. Instead of answering my questions she continued to talk down to me and stated that I was “interpreting” what she was saying wrong. My son is not an addict. Perhaps treat your customers w empathy instead of indifference
