I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from the pharmacy staff. When I picked up my prescription, I discovered that they had only partially filled it, providing only 40 out of 90 pills. To make matters worse, when I returned to collect the remaining 50 pills, they insisted that I pay the full cash price for them, which I found unfair and frustrating.

On multiple occasions I have experienced delays in having prescriptions filled or in picking up prescriptions that were ready for pick up. On one occasion the pharmacy advised that one of my prescriptions could not be picked up for more than a day and a half after it had been called in, despite that it was in stock and readily available.

Ana the manager at this Walgreens branch by green valley pkway,Henderson,Nevada was the best I have encountered in this store.. She was sooo helpful and professional when I was trying to order a photo frame..without her I wouldn’t be able to finish the photo frame I want to order. God bless her heart..we need people like her …

This Walgreens have the worst customer service ever. It's like you're bothering the employees if you ask for help.
Just because quite a lot of their customers are seniors doesn't mean they should be ignored. This Walgreen is located near a 55+ community so that's who their customers are....they've lived long enough to deserve respect, they earned it. By the way, everyone gets old so treat your seniors with kindness and respect now for one day you're going to need it.
Walgreens employees don't go to work to socialize with each other, or is that part of their job??? I'm not sure of their race but their brown skin, I'd assumed Filipino or Hispanic. No racist here but since I didn't catch their names those are the ones.
You're all going to be old one day too. Show some kindness and be helpful to your customers.

Pharmacy staff is absolute trash. They hang up on you and act like they can’t hear you when you call. Switching ASAP.

The photo department and management at this location are both useless. We ordered photos online and had a pick up date given to us. After the scheduled pick up date and time, we went to pick up the photos and were told that they do not have paper. After asking why we were not given this information the manager, Ana, said we should have been notified but they will not be able to print the photos because the machine is broken. I stated we were not informed that there were any issues and we were given a pick up date and time. The manager argued with me and just kept saying it does notify us but it did not. At no point did the team member or management offer to assist in any way. Maybe some basic customer service training is in order. I would say I won't go back to this location, but I know they don't care. So I will continue to go and make sure that I am the most difficult customer of their day every time ?

I went for a scheduled PCR test. When I arrived, there was one car ahead of me, it was quickly serviced. When I stopped and it was my turn, the pharmacy ignored me for 10 minutes. The window was heavily tinted, but I could see pharmacist just having a blast chatting to her coworker, looking idle. I had to page to get them to come to window. They wouldn't even come to the window, they just picked up the phone and asked what I wanted. I told them I was there for my son's scheduled PCR test. She said "I don't see anyone scheduled for a covid test." I raised my phone with the appointment confirmation, so then she changed her story. She said "Sorry, we have no covid tests, we have not done PCR tests in over a year" (this is a lie because I had a test there a few months ago, same location.) When I pointed this out, she changed her story yet again and said "Oh well all our covid tests are expired so I threw them out". And then I said "And you didn't order new ones?" She said "Corporate hasn't sent us any tests in over a year". I then asked to speak with a manager and the pharmacist said "Sorry, she's on vacation". Then I pressed further and said "I find it hard to believe there is no one in charge of the store". Then I found out there's an assistant manager on duty, but the pharmacist did not want to volunteer this. Before I could speak with the assistant manager, the pharmacist intercepted her. When I finally got to speak with the assistant manager, she said "We're having computer problems." and just straight up had no explanation for why they did not have PCR tests in stock and "everything was expired". Absolute incompetence or they are outright liars.

This is the SLOWEST pharmacy around. I would never come here, if it wasn't because my mom is elderly and I have to pick up her meds multiple times a month.

I have never had any issues at this pharmacy, until today. Svetlana is so rude and condescending! I could go on about her and her attitude. She should be moved to another store or fired! Because of her, I will be moving my monthly prescriptions to a competitor pharmacy that's located across the street

Garbage. Tried to use FedEx drop off twice. First time the staff didn't fully understand the process, was displeased about handling the shipment and was rude.Today the clerk couldn't (or maybe opted not to) log into the system. Was flippant about not being able to process the package.

Horrible pharmacy technicians, they keep on messing up prescriptions and refuse to accept responsibility and lack basic customer service skills.

The pharmacy department is not efficient at all to say the least. Everyone there needs to be retrained in efficiency and customer service.
