Zero stars would be more appropriate. I ordered a canvas print that was supposed to be ready in 1 hour. I went late the next day and they ran out of that size because of a sale. Perfectly understandable. They wouldn't get a new delivery for 7 days. Frustrating but what can you do. Went in today to pick it up and it will be another week (hopefully I guess). I would have gotten it sooner if I ordered it from China. Nobody bothered to call to save me the trip. Not sure whether Walgreens or the manager of this branch is more incompetent.
Update..... I have raised my rating because even though the company is not particularly competent, the manager (Mariah) really stepped up to solve the problem. She checked around town and found another location that had the appropriate material. sent one of her employees over to pick it up. That would have been good enough but then she went ahead and gave me an additional discount which was unnecessary but appreciated.

Awful pharmacy, the pharmacist looks like he hasn't bathed in weeks. Endless lines, one employee working at pharmacy if you're lucky. Pharmacist isn't there for days at a time to fill prescriptions. One of the worst stores I've ever dealt with. I feel sorry for the people who have to work there. They are all mean miserable people with no customer service skills. No one cares here. Their prescription prices are the highest and their service is the worst.

The lines at the pharmacy are embarrassingly slow and the staff doesn't even seem to care. They have snotty attitudes, and can't bother to politely explain their policies without throwing a childish tantrum. Everyone in the pharmacy acts like you are bothering them, and the management does nothing. A pharmacy tech almost injured me with their drive thru drawer because she didn't like being asked questions regarding their policies. I tried addressing it with them, but they do not care about their customers at all. They have gone so far downhill in the past few years. The wait times alone for picking up prescriptions -inside and out- should already keep you far far away. You stand in line for 30-45 minutes for no good reason. They also run out of medication a lot. After almost losing a finger to this window tech slamming the drawer on me, I don't even feel comfortable going in there to get prescriptions filled for fear of retaliation. How do I know she won't hold a grudge and mess up my medications on purpose? Not worth the chance. There are about 4 other pharmacies within 2 miles where they are actually friendly and care.

Worst drive thru. Only 1 lane open and I sit sometimes for 15 min or more while they fill the prescription of the car in front. Instead of telling them to come back or pull forward. What's the point of calling in my prescription?

Been on hold with the pharmacy for over 30 minutes until I just gave up and hung up. Had a legit question about my prescription and this was very unhelpful. I will be using a different location for now on.

Very understaffed. I waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes to pick up a prescription, then another 10 minutes inside.

Very disappointed in Walgreens they have time to call for reoccurring prescriptions , but when you need something they are understaffed. Every one is nice just not enough pharmacists.

Crazy little visit! Hardly anyone to help here. A female employee walked by, and asked me if I was doing ok when I was looking at a hair products. I started to ask about /and discuss options ...and she just kept on walking without further interaction. Holy cow! It seemed very robotic...Do they ask just to ask but that's it? Then... I picked out a lipstick, which was too small to put in my shopping cart without falling out through the openings, so I just held on to it. I also picked out a nail color to try to match, which took me a little while. Before I knew it....I had a security person stand behind me, seemingly relaying information on a hand held radio, about every move I made. She was watching me like a hawk. Very uncomfortable shopping. A bit unsettling. Yikes ...I felt I needed to turn around and give an explanation of why I was holding the lipstick....but I didn't.Really?? Nobody could help me anytime else, but they had time to watch my every move I made. Hmmmm. How about watching the people who really shoplift! Where is security (in any store really) when people just load up carts, and blatantly walk right out without paying. I've seen this happen so many times. Well, today this good customer ( of over 15 yrs of shopping here and getting photos printed here) spent a hard earned $55.43. at this location for the LAST time. I'm going back to Anthem CVS where I feel appreciated and don't get harassed as a would-be criminal. Do yourself a favor...shop where you and your dollars are VALUED.

I have to let these girls know how much I appreciate them and their hard work at the pharmacy. Lynn and Rachel thank you so much for your patience and professionalism you have shown me. I appreciate it and your patience. I just recently moved all my meds back and I couldn't be happier. And great job to the pharmacy techs too!! You're all a great team and I appreciate every one of you!! Thank you so so very much for your help!!

This store is extremely unprofessional the store manager, Josh or Joshua however he refers to his self is extremely rude and does not care about customer service. I need somebody to contact me by email if possible. Thank you so much it’s really That I moved from Summerlin to anthem, and I sadly regret my choice Walgreens, please do better

scheduled picture pickup for 8:30 am and came by at 1 pm, when I asked for the status they said they don’t know how to use the printer and said they don’t know what to do but just wait for someone who can operate the printer to come in hours later

out of all the walgreens i've been to this one has been my favorite one so far the workers are extremely nice and very helpful.
