I just received my Flu Shot at Walgreen's here in the Anthem area. I walked in, the associate was very courteous as she took all my information. I did not have an appointment and it was not a problem. The other associate, who gave me the shot, was also very friendly. I was in and out in record time. Thanks to Walgreen's for being so close and in my neighborhood.

Had the best experience with Anusha! ( I hope that I spelled her name correctly) Popped A button right before a wedding and stopped in to see if there was a sewing kit available to purchase. There wasn’t and she went to her purse, pulled out a needle and thread and sewed it back on for me! What an amazing person to have representing your brand!

I ordered 2 calendars as a gift and recieved a text message in the morning that my order was ready for pick up. We came later in the day and they didn't have it ready and then said they didn't have parts to complete the order. No apology or gester to try and make it right only saying someone should of called earlier in morning. They wanted me to pay for photos they printed on an incomplete calendar. It is absurd. I asked for a manager and was given no real answer. Two employees claiming to be a manager one Chris who was extremely rude. She accused me of going to another location to get free stuff. I have never seen her in my life and only shop at this one location as we are residents of Inspirada for the last 7 years. They are horrible employees with no care for customer service or the fact that people ordered gifts for a holiday. They should be ashamed of themselves.

I feel generous even leaving one star. Sent over an antibiotic order at 8am yesterday, waiting until almost 1pm to pick up to give ample time, was made to wait a long time while it was looked up and told to come back after 2pm. That did not work with my work schedule so I asked if I could come back in the morning to pick up and was told yes and no pharmacist informed me they were closed.
I’m left having to pay quite a bit more to go to an emergency room due to need of medication
I’ve never left a review before but the lack of service at this location needs pointing out

Poor management for the pharmacy. 25+ minute wait for pick up. Everyone in line was complaining about this location. Staff was friendly but seems over worked. They need to have some extra help!

Doctor sent RX over on a Wednesday morning. They said it would be done by noon. Came back by five. Waited in line for 20 minutes for them to tell me it wasn’t ready. Come back the following day. It is now the following day Thursday 5 o’clock and the prescription is still not ready, what’s going on?

There is always confusion here. A provider calls in a prescription and they dont have it. This time it was this drugstore who had the name misspelled. We changed addresses and they continue to have problems with getting it straight. They are understaffed with long waits at the drive through and the inside as well. Some staff members are helpful or the ranking would be a one.

Another absolutely terrible experience at this Walgreens. Last week I was yelled at by a staff member and today he yelled at me again. I waited over 30mins in line for my medication that they said they had ready last week but didn't. The man told me today it wasn't ready. Odd since they've called and emailed me to say it was. I said ok I'll wait. He started yelling at me to get out of the drive thru line. I guess I don't understand how I should have to wait for everyone else but when it's my turn I am not given the same service. And by service I just mean my medication. Had to go inside to wait and he was rude along with the rest of the staff. I told him I get they're busy but he can't talk to people this way. He was incredibly patronizing. Transferring all my medications to Amazon pharmacy. Why deal with idiots who are also jerks when I can deal with no one and get my medication delivered to my door for the same cost. I'm done giving this store a chance. Never a good experience!

Extremely rude pharmacy staff. I'll never shop in this store again. They never answer their phone, if they do, they put you on hold for an eternity.
