waited until they were opened for a few hours and decided to call to make sure they had something before running all the way down there. I got put on a call loop for an hour I called multiple times and even tried different extension. the deli wouldn't even answer their phone, nor human resources. it's ridiculous that they can't answer not one phone in that entire building.

Bad news.. Lots of items are now locked up .You have to wait until a sales person comes to unlock the doors. I waited over 10 minutes to buy a package of t shirts and nobody showed up. Now I have to drive around 20 miles round trip to go to Kohl's. I'm pretty sure they will lose a lot of customers because nobody wants to have a shopping trip take 2 hours of their day to do an errand that used to take 10 minutes.

The past 3 orders there have been mistakes. 1 Grocery bags brought to wrong bld and wrong door. 2. Next day they brought me alot of drinks that weren't mine. 3. They shop so fast they missed an item and that I really needed and they promised to bring and they didn't but charged my account and after 6 phone calls that they would bring it,never showed up. Know one after one hour of trying picked up the phone from any dept except vision and they could not help to track this item .The customer service was horrendous. I was promised by customer service that they would deliver the item which never was . Tonight again I ordered food and they delivered to another bld ,another apt.

Save yourself the trouble and just don't shop or call here. This store is chronically understaffed, too reliant upon self-checkout, constantly running low or out of many items, horrendous when it comes to making a return and an absolute mess when it comes to store pickup. The apathy levels on the staff cannot be a surprise. They are obviously underpaid and overworked. The higher ups can certainly afford to staff appropriately to speed up pickup turnaround time, answer the phones, keep the customer service desk moving, run cash registers and actually listen to voicemails/empty the voicemail boxes. What is Walmart's profit margin these days? They can certainly afford to at least cover all 23 Pickup parking spots rather than leave customers waiting an hour in 100+ degrees. No price point is worth such a lousy experience.

only here because I'm trying to help my mom after 2 failed delivery orders from today. It's been 43 mins and we're still waiting for pick up. So....still sh!t.

I am very impressed with the changes. I actually saw merchandise and team members working AROUND CUSTOMERS, letting the customers get to their products, and you know what, the team members actually conveyed customers service. I can tell there have been great changes. I haven't been to this store because of the customers service, I mean the customers are there to spend money. By the way. Customers contribute to wages among other things, but really, I am impressed and back to shopping at my neighborhood Wal-Mart 4 stars

Been sitting in the pick up zone for over an hour. It is now 8:10, I was supposed to deliver two orders by 8. I got here at 6:45, still have not gotten the order

I placed an order online at Walmart.com with a company named Star Ho. It's been 29 days and the product has still not been delivered. Walmart does not stand behind these third party suppliers. I will not order from Walmart.com again until I get a refund, which at this point seems unlikely.

Self checkout is now only for 15 items or less which makes for inconvenient grocery shopping trips. Cashiers waste a ridiculous amount of plastic bags when bagging items. It's also common at this location to find meat and dairy products that are past the sell by date. I am not happy with the changes and considering taking my business elsewhere.

The employees were very nice and helpful. The prices are outrageous, I have been coming here since it opened. The place is dirty, and the customers are so freaking rude. The bathrooms filthy. You have hardworking employees, clean the place up, lower your prices, this Wal-Mart used to be great! Some people are afraid to go in. Hopefully, someone who cares will read this and bring it back again. You have a great area, and people who want to buy. We are hoping for a turnaround in this store. Thanks..

I find it SUPER convenient to order online & pay the $10 delivery fee. BUT, I am ALWAYS missing items that are usually of necessity. I have to call every weekend to let them know I didn't receive items (no less than 6 items every time). It would be nice to at least one time have the delivery fees credited back to me or maybe free delivery on my next order. Unfortunately, that will probably never happen and this review will never be read by any type of management at that particular store or their Corporate offices.

This store doesn't deserve 1 star, this is what I found in the Walmart at Lake mead and Boulder! Disgusting veggies are all rotten, I can only imagine what they do with the meat! Please don't buy fresh food here! Sprouts is much better and not really a big price difference! Stay away from this store!
