Tired of getting rotten produce. Bought a watermelon 2 weeks ago, rotten on the inside. Bought a package of strawberries yesterday, same thing, rotten on inside. I’ve had other bad produce experiences as well. I’m done shopping here.

I brought my vehicle by at 8:45 this morning to see if they could do a quick tire patch and told them that I had to be somewhere. They did my vehicle intake and told me that they could do it without an appointment and it would be done in 30 minutes. After an hour of not receiving a text I went to the service department and saw that my vehicle was on the ramp. I still hadn’t received a text. I went into the Walmart found that service in fact started on my vehicle. After another hour I inquired as to what’s going on. The kind associate headed out and came back to tell me that since I didn’t have an appointment and that everyone else would go before me. Had I known this before I would’ve went somewhere else. Literally it was a quick tire patch and they flat out lied about the time. My time was important and limited. I made it clear and even mentioned I could go somewhere else if it was going to be longer than 30 minutes. Terrible communication and service. Thank you to he kind associate that went to get me answers.

Horrible customer service. On their phones talking to each other about non related business. Tells me I have to go to the rope and wait in line when there was none. Whoever it is with the orange tag should be written up or fired for not helping me.

Crowded as usual overall it was an avg visit , but what sense does it make to have self check out and still have an employee stand by each counter isn't that counterproductive ?? The machine has to cost more than a normal checkout register ,I thought the whole idea was to free up employees for other work ?

Don’t be black and go through self check out. They will give you a cavity search when you walk. Don’t buy there meat, if you do make sure you weigh it. They be up charging, saying it 5lbs and it’s really 4lb.
