Smaller than I thought similar to neighborhood walmart. Clean and not crowded

If I could give this location a zero I would. I’ve been coming here for 6+ years, every morning and late afternoon. Never have I ever been treated with sick disrespect. I am a single mom who’s trying, my kid is happy and healthy. Loves to go into the store and pick out what he needs. Tonight I went for a few items and my kid as always helping me push the cart, excelling going up and down all aisle with me. At checkout a women I’ve beaver seen their before and since they all stand in front of the window you start to remember faces, she went up to my 3year old and told him to stop running and being a disturbance. I didn’t feel the need to make a huge deal out of it until I couldn’t get it off my mind. My mom and I called Walmart and the manager Sergio told my mother she should “ tell your daughter to get straight” I did nothing wrong but spend my money there. They need better management and manners. All customers and employees my kid and I were near smiles and giggled with my little kid. He was not a problem the staff was.

I have been going to this location for years and have always been satisfied with the customer service at the cash registers. With the price increases, I decided to use the coupons I received in the mail to save some money.
I spent almost an hour taking my time to ensure I was getting the right products and even asked a cashier if she needed me to enter them at the end of the transaction or if it mattered.
She said she wasn't sure and would check with someone. She then came back and said, "No,and entered them for me. After paying, I checked my receipt, and it only scanned two of my coupons, so I informed a cashier. They sent a supervisor, and that's when a simple transaction of a few items became degrading for using coupons. I was then told I had to go to customer service to get credit, return, and wait for my return and pay for the items again.
Ok, lesson learned don't use coupons at Walmart. I wasn't stressed for time, so it wasn't an issue, but it was how the supervisor made me feel and treated me as if I was someone trying to get over on them. She even blamed it on the cashier who gave me the mis information. It wasn't her fault because she was given the wrong information.
Why don't you try training staff correctly before you act like I'm the bad guy. You always have at least 6 to seven cashiers standing around up front. Also, why don't you give them a key to open up the glass cases, so the few people who do aren't always irritated at us because we have to ask. Not everyone is a thief.

It took three people to figure out what I was asking, just for them to tell me they don’t have a product that is listed on their website at this location. What’s the point of using the app if it’s wrong all the time?

This is the RACIST Walmart. I’m Latina, and every time I walk in the same old white lady with black hair and bald spots always runs to the front to watch me scan and starts whispering to the philipina old ladies as well and they have all eyes on me! It’s very uncomfortable, I’m a nurse no offense but I don’t need to steal I make more income than they do for them to judge by my appearance. Idk if it’s because the way I dress, I wear my bun as I just got off work and my loose clothes. If they are so concerned of people stealing they should open more cashiers and not just have employees stand in-front of self checkout to gossip cause that’s all they ever do.I just stop in here and than for a few quick stuff that smiths doesn’t carry. I LOVE SMITHS way better foods and meats, however hygiene stuff I’ll stop here as I live right behind Walmart. It just sucks I’ve been coming here for years and still have the same issue with these 2 hating ladies. Especially the way they are so rude to and lazy when you ask for help in the cosmetic department since everything is locked up.

Shopping isn't what it used to be... I felt as if I was in the way of the employees at 3 o'clock in the afternoon as they pulled online orders. I guess they don't want shoppers in their stores anymore... too bad. Very disappointing shopping experience today.

This store has horrible produce! If you like green potatoes this is the place for you. The store is overpriced and always congested. Beware of expired products and old expired meats..

The store has decent prices but they have a large self checkout area and as the customers do their own grocery checkout there is a line of employees standing against the front window area watching customers checking out. There is about 8 ! They stand there chatting. Open up some checkout lanes with cashiers. What a world.
