We unfortunately brought a stray kitten we had found in a dumpster here, with visible lesions all over her body.At the time, we did not know what ringworm was, but she was very obviously plagued with it. Dr Andrea saw her and gave her a clean bill of health and advised us that we could take her out of quarantine. Two weeks later, all of my cats are infected. It has been an extremely costly and traumatic experience for us and our cats, who had to be kept in separate rooms for weeks, given baths twice a week, rooms kept immaculately clean, and given oral and topical medications every day. Many pieces of our antique furniture had to just be thrown out. We've easily hemorrhaged thousands of dollars due to this neglect.Ringworm is the #1 skin infection that kittens have, and the fact that it was totally overlooked, despite how obvious it was, is alarming. We will be going to Green Valley Animal Hospital for all future needs. They are compassionate and more than willing to work with people with regard to billing.

If I could give no stars I would. I called this place at like 4:40 ish & explained what happen to my dog. They said that I can come down and that I wouldn’t be seen till about 5:30. Which is totally fine. So I got there at about 5 because it was a 20 mins drive and the lady was super rude to me. I told her I had called and was told to come down she said I couldn’t be seen today I can come back in the morning. Why are they telling people they can come if they aren’t going to see my dog. Why are they not accepting people till 6 because that is when they are open till. If they aren’t able to take people till 6 then say you stop taking people at a certain time & not tell people to come. Worst experience. Then I called another vet 10 mins away that closed at 6 and they took my pup with opens arms and were super nice.

My GSD came down with a cough and diarrhea on a Friday. I made an appointment online extremely early on Monday morning. Since I got off work at noon, I made the appointment for 1:15pm. I wasn’t picky on who he needed to see, just grateful I could get him in the same day! By the time I got home from work he was having labored breathing! I rushed over to the vet. When I arrived, I stayed in my car and called to check in because his illness was potentially contagious. They answered the phone right away and came out to get us shortly after. We were brought in through the back door, so his illness wouldn’t spread to any animals in the waiting room, and put into a room. My GSD NEVER lays down at the vet and my pic/video show exactly how he was in the room. Shortly after the vet came in and was so good with him! She didn’t try to say he needed an X-ray or a stool sample, but instead suggested we treat him with medication to begin with. He was given a shot right there in the room to kickstart the medication and sent home with 4 prescriptions. Evidently, there is an upper respiratory/K-9 influenza going around in several doggy daycares that if not treated can turn into pneumonia if not treated and then death. By Friday morning he did not wake up with a cough and I am extremely satisfied with the medication that was prescribed. Thank you Warm Heart Hospital Vet Team for taking such good care of Branson!! ❤️

Beware. My 13 yr old shih tzu was not feeling good, not eating, looking tired, and threw up a couple time. And has never been sick a day in her life. But because of her age I figured let’s just get her checked. The vet immediately insisted on blood work and X-rays even though it was only one day of this behavior. I asked if we could get some meds and see if it’s just a bad stomach or something she may have gotten into, well she made me feel like a horrible human for not getting tests, so I did. Blood work and X-rays $1000 later. She came back with no paperwork but said blood looks good but I should do further tests. She wanted to call in an ultrasound machine because they don’t do that there but she thought it would be best just to be safe. That’s thousands that I don’t have. I asked if we could just try some meds first. She again angrily made me feel like a bad person. She then suggested they keep her overnight on an iv for hydration, but she was still drinking water and I told her that. Again she made me feel awful. In a last ditch effort this vet said “she just might have cancer” I was devastated. So I quickly considered all these things she was offering. But because I was so upset I asked her for some meds to help the vomiting and I would be back the next day. I needed the night to think and just be with her. The next day after only two doses my pup was completely back to her self. Like nothing ever happened. So not being as upset I got to think more clearly. I immediately called and got copies of her bloodwork and X-rays and got two other opinions from other vets. Both opinions were that there were NO cancer markers what so ever. Her blood work was awesome and they saw no alarm for anything. Months have gone by now and she’s still as normal as ever, happy and healthy. What bothers me the most is how obvious it was that this vet was playing on my fear and love for my pup to make money and not actually caring for my dog. It makes me sick. And my review is for all you pet moms and dads that will get taken advantage of because your pets are your family. I’m sure the elderly are a big target. Breaks my heart. Find a real vet, the ones that do this because of their genuine love for animals not just for the paycheck. ?

Really can’t say enough good things about this place. The jist of it is: in & out, super efficient, high number of clients = keeps the costs down. Even though this place is fast paced & staff is always busy, you never feel like service is lacking. Everyone is always professional, efficient, polite & upbeat.I’ve been in person to this facility a handful of times now. Each time, the level of care is consistently thorough/ excellent in addition to super fair pricing.Huge relief finding pet care like this - highly recommend.

I took my mini schnauzer puppy Lucy to Warm Hearts for her spay appointment. Their office is spotless. Anytime a staff member walked by us in the lobby - they paused for a moment to say hi to Lucy and give her a quick pet. We saw Dr. Larson and they were very attentive and explained everything clearly. Our appointment ran on time and best of all - their prices are reasonable. We will be making Warm Hearts our go to for Lucy’s vet needs moving forward.

The BEST vet in Henderson. Hands down. I’ve been to another vet in Henderson, and they seemed like they didn’t know what they were doing to be honest! So I’m glad I found this vet! Warm Hearts is also affordable with exceptional customer service! You can tell they definitely love and care for your animals! I would recommend this vet to anyone looking for one :)

Wow! I never leave negative reviews, but I have never been so completely insulted and taken advantage of worse than this place. We went to our appointment and were told that ALL of our dog's previous records and information had vanished, and with no explanation. My dog has a broken leg and they were supposed to take her in the back for shots and x-rays. I went to use the bathroom for a minute and saw one of the staff carrying my dog by her underarms, exactly where the break was. I went back to the waiting room and my dog was already there! After a few seconds!. "Doctor" Lesley Zamora comes into the room and tells us that the x-rays were "same as last time". and NEVER shows them to us. That's not even possible! You lost the x-rays! Then she gives us a diagnosis of another condition..."I don't know, call it what you want, Analitis?" Not even a word in the dictionary! My wife, who suffers from anxiety disorder, was so inflamed, that she paid quickly when we left. Now we have no record of shots. We call them. "Oh. we forgot to charge you for those." Here it is, weeks later, and I STILL have no documentation, am on a 25 minute hold with them right now as I write, and I don't know what to do about my dog's leg, or if my dog even received the shots. I had to pay for the shots before I received the x-rays..."or we will send you to collections." WHAT? It was the same day as the appointment. I tried to be nice, but this has been insane and ridiculous with these people. It borders on fraud and theft! Stay away from this place, because, trust me, they don't care about you or your pet at all. Just money. But the blatant lies are the worst. And this trip costed us almost $300 and we walked away with a tube of Neosporin. Ridiculous treatment. Just ridiculous. Yes, this review is for Warm Springs Pet Hospital in Henderson, Nevada.

My dog was having issues so I called in the morning and they were able to see her that same morning for a walk in appointment. I was prepared to wait a couple hours to get her seen but I was in and out with medication within 40 minutes. I would’ve waited all day for her but the fact that they were able to get her seen so quick was so amazing.Staff and doctor larsen are all super friendly and very helpful. Would definitely come again& recommend.
