Very upsetting.This location was great had 2 great workers that I always went to and now when I get there I always get some stuck up young girls that have a hard time doing math and understanding banking. But got the job because she has a business degree.They were giving me a hard time withdrawing money for bills out of my account because I recently had a bank transfer. They didn't go into detail whatsoever why when I tried to ask why it was a issue. The only thing I kept on getting was a snarky stuck up response saying oh well we just want to be sure when we do our banking even though the same location got mad at me because I was trying to explain to them because they were having a hard time doing the math and doing the numbers.What a real shame I hope those 2 workers come back or if they don't I hope they gotten promoted. I am very happy for them if so. They are great workers.

No Customer Service at the Teller Window unless you want to wait 30 mins to complete your transaction. Worst location ever. 3 Other Employees are behind the line and have no time to even greet us as WE WAIT FOREVER!

I always have good experiences at this branch. It is small but the tellers are friendly and always willing to help. I work weird hours so I usually miss any lines. A+ in my book

Just heads up to anyone who leaves their ID or banker forgets to hand you your ID back. Make sure you go back immediately. I waited until the next day and they have a whole protocol. Had to wait in line with 2 bankers working just for my ID! Come on. What else do you need to verify? My face is on the ID! There has to be a better way for people to pick up their ID! 20 mins has passed still waiting for them to verify that it is my ID! This is crazy!!!

The people at Wells Fargo are nice. But Wells Fargo’s “fraud department” seems to be ran by idiots. Very shady dealing. I opened an account a couple of days ago. I get my money put in and three days later I get a call from this fraud department demanding me to go into a local branch show all pieces of information that they deemed “questionable” so I go into my local in Texas, verified all of my information and I still do not have access to my account. Seems like Wells Fargo just wanted to hold my money from me. I will be calling every day until I have access to MY funds.

I've been trying to open a business account at this branch for 6 weeks and have had no success, and been treated like dirt. I work 9-6 weekdays so I am only available on Saturdays. They only have a 2 hour window for opening business accounts on Saturdays. I have had 2 separate hour long appointments and they have "run out of time" both times. I have to wait 2 weeks to schedule each appointment because again, they are only open for 2 hours and have a single banker working. Wasted 2 hours of in person meeting and 6 weeks and still don't have an account. Will be using another bank.

I love the location on W Lake Meade! They are so nice and generous with help. Very cheerful and respectful! Wells Fargo has a bad name but I have had them for YEARS and so has my mom, since the early 80"s! It's almost 2021 and we're still rocking with them!

This branch has the best staff. They are always kind and helpful. Branch is always clean and wait times are never long. Any issue I have had over the years they have been more than happy to assist me with or explain. Great customer service and management.

This is a great bank. Someone is always greeting you when you arrive and directing you to the appropriate person.The only way to improve their service would be to serve wine while you’re in line.

I love this branch been banking with them for 10 years plus and never have a problem. The bankers are always available and accommodating and if I Have any problem they resolved the issues for me.
