Horrible customer service provided by Antonio. And Gretel wasn’t anymore help than Antonio. Had to come back 4 different times to help a elderly couple pay rent and they gave nothing but problems and Antonio sends us to go correct stuff four times and keeps laughing every-time we come back because he knows it isn’t going to work. I have never been so upset about customer service in my life especially in a bank. When I complain to Gretel about Antonio’s performance she tells me she’s gonna kick me out. Avoid these two. The other gentlemen had way better customer service and was very polite but those two should take classes on customer service or just flat out be fired

Site states open until noon but they're closed. Maybe make accurate updates so as people do not waste there time.

This location is a joke, everything was a hassle even making an appointment was a hassle… trust the rating on this place and go to a different location or maybe even a different bank

I received a call from the "fraud department." I just so happened to be going to the bank anyway. I walked in and asked the bank teller if this was accurate while still on the phone. They told me it was OK asn continue. I finished my call and felt really uneasy and asked if they could explain more and help me. They said nobody was available they were all busy. She handed me a card and told me to call the 1800#. I told her that is who just called me and she said well then it's fine. I said no, there is almost $500 removed from my account. So I walked out called the number because I felt really uneasy with the call. Turns out this scamer was able to use the Wells fargo number and text line to get into my online account and got my money. All while I was sitting in a Wells fargo Bank because the teller told me it was OK. So now I have to wait 10 business days to see if I can get my money back. Now I don't feel safe banking with them because who gets scamed while in the bank and the teller telling you it's OK.

I don’t even bank with Wells Fargo, I came in to cash a check. I was greeted immediately and helped by Amandi. She was so pleasant and I didn’t think getting 5 star service at a bank was possible but I had to write this review as soon as I left to commend her on her customer service. Very few places have great chat service nowadays so I really appreciated it.

racist . i come here for a withdrawl of $7000 in 20s and because im black they asked me 100 questions ans then told me they only have 2000 to give me and then proceeded to give more 20s to another customer. antonio in specific was the worker "assisting" me . do not come here .

Fantastic experience! I walked in and was immediately greeted by Roman with a warm and friendly smile. He was eager to help me and did it with amazing ease and customer service. I was in and out! It will surely be a pleasure to visit again, no matter what it is! Thank you, Wells Fargo!

I came here to get $2 for a birthday gift. Shami told me she only had part of what I needed. I was like ok, does anyone else have any $2 bills. She was rude and short and refused to simply ask the other tellers, instead told me I could get back in line and ask each of them myself. What has happened to customer service these days? It blows my mind. FYI the other tellers seemed pleasant.

This branch is great on service and personal care. The branch manager Anna is always helpful and a wealth of knowledge. I was a executive for one of the largest private banks in the world, and i wish the every employee was as good as Anna. They have had a big turnover in staff and each of the new employees are really friendly and not afraid to say let me get someone who knows more about this to help you. The leadership in this branch is doing a great job with promoting the brand image of Wells Fargo. Several other branches could learn customer service and attention from this branch. Rugger

Clean, dependable and isnt usually too packed. I spoke to my banker, Edward today and he is absolutely wonderful. He helped me sort some things out that needed urgent attention. He was empathetic and super helpful. He called the Wells Fargo Credit Card department and sorted everything out for me in a minute. I had an hour long conversation with a banker over the phone on my own, and Edward was able to speak the same banking language with the other banker on the phone and was able to get me answers promptly. I'm glad I found my new banker!

Manager treated my friend with disrespect and knowing I was 2 minutes away disappeared. 18 minutes later we switched to someone who knows what customer service means. While we were waiting she walked by without even speaking to us. Thank you Roman for helping us and I hope your manager isn't as useless/garbage to you as she was to us.
