Just heads up to anyone who leaves their ID or banker forgets to hand you your ID back. Make sure you go back immediately. I waited until the next day and they have a whole protocol. Had to wait in line with 2 bankers working just for my ID! Come on. What else do you need to verify? My face is on the ID! There has to be a better way for people to pick up their ID! 20 mins has passed still waiting for them to verify that it is my ID! This is crazy!!!

I love the location on W Lake Meade! They are so nice and generous with help. Very cheerful and respectful! Wells Fargo has a bad name but I have had them for YEARS and so has my mom, since the early 80"s! It's almost 2021 and we're still rocking with them!

I love this branch been banking with them for 10 years plus and never have a problem. The bankers are always available and accommodating and if I Have any problem they resolved the issues for me.

Recommend. Wait times are not very long, staff is very friendly and helpful. I've always walked right in and completed my transaction with in just a few minutes. Parking is plentiful.

The bank is good for deposits and withdrawals. The parking lot is a madhouse, every time you go you risk an accident...no fail, every time. They are quick about ordering foreign currency. I mostly just use the atm out front

If you are a merchant don't go to this bank. Their 'policy' is to take whoever walks in first. My question is, Why even have a merchant line at all if you are going to treat everyone the same? However, it is a convenience we as business accounts pay for many times over. It may not sound like a big problem but when you go to the bank every day for your job and people who walk in after you are getting seen before you it makes your head spin. And that happens because not all the tellers ask who was there first.

I couldn't be more disappointed. They are incompetent, liars and their customer service is awful. I have been with W.F. for decades. A year ago I bought a house in Vegas and moved from Los Angeles. I have had checking, savings, visa, and line of credit accounts with W.F and using them for my home loan seemed like a good idea. they have atms everywhere so I like the idea of staying with them. During the purchasing process, they dropped the ball at every point. never returned calls even when promising to get back to me by certain dates and screwed up my home ins. I specifically told them the co. I wanted for my home ins but they went ahead and set me up with their choice. I then had to go the process of canceling one policy and reinstating another. They miscalculated tax monies in my escrow account and most recently failed to pay insurance yet again. I have spent the past three weeks trying to get my home owners ins. paid and keep getting the run around. The latest was last week I was told the check was sent OVERNIGHT but to allow it 48 hours. I was given a check number and $ amount and the address it was sent to. A week later my ins has still not been paid. I spoke to my ins co. and they phoned W.F who told them it did not go out overnight but just regular mail. I will be changing banks, on all my accounts soon. I will never use Wells Fargo and will make it a point to go out of my way to tell anyone who will listen about just how poor their customer service is and just how incompetent they are. They suck big time and lie about it.
