Always disappointed with Wells Fargo These geniuses wanted to put a hold on my US Govt Treasury check deposit I guess the US govt is a high risk due to Biden running our finances into the ground. I really need to change banks. Making me wait to verify the check. ???

Good friendly service. My initial visit to this Wells Fargo branch. WF seems to focus on providing great customer service with local employees. Hopefully, one day that standard is established for its executives.

Genuinely could not have slower service. I literally stand in line for so long trying to withdraw some dough. They need more tellers at the front!

I am not surprised to see that the overall Yelp rating for this branch is only 2.5 stars versus the branch on Hampton Road which is 3.5 stars. This branch sucks as do its employees who, in my experience, are as useful as teets on a bull. My husband and I banked at the Hampton Road branch for 10 years and continued to bank through them when we moved to Central America. When we returned to the USA, we picked up where we left off; didn't miss a beat thanks in large part to David Laswell. Then we bought a house which is much closer to this Bicentennial location than it is to Hampton Road. Every now and then I lose my mind and decide to just come to Bicentennial. I usually leave frustrated, finding that the Tellers and Bankers alike won't do a darned thing if you didn't plan in advance and schedule an appointment days ahead of time. Conversely, I go home, call Mr. Laswell and he fits me in one and a half hours later! Frankly, I don't understand why the rating for the Hampton Road branch is only 3.5 stars. I give it two thumbs up and a 5-star rating and this is based on 15 years of experience there. But Bicentennial; YUCK.

Probably the worst customer service and least knowledgeable people I have ever come upon in all of my years using banks. This branch needs to be cleared out and hire people who are capable of doing their jobs. I absolutely hate leaving negative reviews but this place deserves it. I'll now drive the extra few miles to the Hampton branch.

This spot is the best! We needed a large withdrawal and we were going to be late but they helped make it all work and stayed just a minute longer so we we're able to allege our financial situation. They seriously helped us out today and showed us why we joined Wells Fargo. 1000000000000000/10

The staff are friendly and professional. Great service at this location. I love the look of this place inside. Lots of room. Parking is ample. Their drive thru is easy to use.

RACIAL PROFILERS. RACIST MANAGER AND TELLERS. Stay away! This is the first time I have had to deal with such racists tellers and manager! Racial profiling! Just because I am a minority, they were giving me stupid reasons why a check had to be verified. This is the only Wells Fargo location that has ever done that just because it is located in a prominent neighborhood of Anthem and I didn't look like one their "rich" clients. I have been cashing checks (the same checks from the same person for years) and this is the first time I have been questioned.

Justin is awesome, he is what you hope to get when you need help. From the moment we walked in he greeted with a smile and is so helpful. I think everyone in this branch is very friendly and super helpful. I would not hesitate a moment to refer anyone there.

Visited this location over the weekend to use the atm. While trying to access the atm, the sticker on the card access is very worn that I could not figure out which way to insert card. After trying several different ways, the green light finally flashed giving me access. Please have someone look at this. It is very inconvenient and frustrating.

One of the best decisions I've made switching to Wells Fargo bank. They make everything so simple and efficient. The employees are so help, polite and always have a smile on their face. The only negative would be "my card never works to open the outside ATM door after hours."
