Worst service ever, after waiting in line for almost 10 min lady said that they only can process sending, not receiving, unbelievable!!!

This Western Union kiosk is inside Walgreens in the back by the pharmacy. Having never used one at the time I waited in line to ask about how to use it. The gentleman was quite rude in his directions and after I couldn't get it to work I was informed that they couldn't handle anything over $300. I went and spoke to the manager and was told the sales clerk would be spoken to. I then went to the Western Union across the street and handled my business.
