Me and my 2 brothers walked in here and wanted to get some wings. As we were getting them we were walking around and we kept getting followed and stared down but managers and other employees. Probably because our skin is darker than any other person in the store. Still gotta come here to get things but this store is terrible

Desmond in the butcher department is always tremendously helpful. He always provides great service and accommodates our requests for the fresh meats Vons always provides. Thank you Desmond for always making our Holiday dinner table full of fresh food! Five Star Service!!

I will never shop at vons again in my life. I began doordashing and this place is never ready with the order and doesn't makes us come into the store to sit and wait for an order that is never ready. Your disrespect to us as drivers is a reflection of your care about people in general.

First time back in 15 months....Still one of my " to go to" markets. Everything was clean, most items in stock and everybody was friendly and pleasant. Things are starting to get back to normal and I'm glad to be back shopping again.

As a delivery driver all Vons is using our delivery service. Our app the customer can not rate us and the customers can not leave us a tip. Since our company has started our pay on delivery's have almost been cut in half. We can not text customers and when we call them for drop off instructions most don't answer because our numbers show as out of state numbers by the company we have the contract with. Also all orders are no contact but yet in our app it says we need to see the customer. Makes no sense. Vons is spending so much money to improve the stores let's try sharing with the drivers that care.

It completely disappointed me. Me and my husband just moved nearby and were planning to make this our supermarket. We shopped and when we were about to pay, we asked the lady from self service for the card to become members, She told us just to add our phone number, I did and paid. Then I saw that NON of the membership sales was applied to us. We asked the lady what happened and she said "oh, something happened, go to customer service" there was a huge line, we have refrigerator items and couldn't stay there waiting, there was only one woman in the customers area. I just hated how they handled the situation, how the lady said just to write my phone number which I did and not a single discount was applied. This is not going to be our grocery shop. Horrible service. I'm sorry but I'm just so mad...

I must say Gina in the floral department is AMAZING!! She gave me the BEST experience today!! She made and amazing bouquet within an hour!! I really appreciate her and her customer service. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STORE for any type of floral arrangement. Thank you so much Gina.

The pharmacist JJ is awful!! Twice now she has screwed up my prescription. After opening my medication for 20 pills there was only 10 pills in there. I was charged for 20. This is the second time this has happened. The first time, I was like.., ok accidents happen. The 2nd time, I'm like, this is getting to be a problem. Went in to JJ to show her, she said she gave me 20. She had someone sign off for 20. I know my truth of opening the package and there was 10. So I know somethings up on their end. Needless to say, I have much better things to do with my time than fight over 10 pills. But to be charged for 20 and then have this keep happening is a bit much. I will be going to another pharmacy for now on!!

During virus they actually wanted to charge for pick-up servixe!! I think it was around $5 and I decided they didn't need my business and instead used Wal-Mart pick up and they did an excellent job without charging me extra

This is for Vons Delivery Service. With the governor advising us to 'Stay Home For Nevada,' we decided to see how difficult it would be to have our groceries delivered. We've never used a grocery delivery service before & tried several stores websites before going to Vons & had problems, it was quite frustrating. To be fair computers & the internet are "magic" to me. Find a site, enter the information, press enter & bingo-bango you're done. Stuff shows up at your door. Magic! But with Vons, the website was 'user-friendly' & easy for me to navigate through. Once a delivery date & time was determined, we went through pages of Vons grocery items, choosing what we needed, placing them in the "cart." After that was accomplished, we reviewed the list, the estimated cost & delivery window. On the promised date we received an email showing the delivery truck as it approached our home, allowing us to prepare for its arrival. Unfortunately, I neglected to get the drivers name, but he was very friendly & a credit to Vons. Due to the safety protocols established by the store, he was not able to bring the items into the home, but dropped them off just in front of the garage. That was just fine by us, we didn't want him coming into the home anyway. Due to shortages, not everything we asked for was available. Empty shelves in the store I suppose. However, we were happy with the substitutions that were available. And the missing items did lower our final cost. Hopefully, this virus scare will end soon & we will return to our regular routines. But, I must say I did like their delivery service & intend to use it again.

I've been this stores customer since they opened many years ago, I go every Sunday for my weekly shopping. Today Sunday I went as usual at 4pm and all the shelves were empty! They should limit items do people who go at 4 still has food they need. I asked one of the managers and they don't have a delivery tomorrow. During these days when people are panic buying they need to stick telúrico shelves and have deliveries daily like other markets! Sorry Vons I'll have to shop at Smiths now. They are better stocked and organized. Please limit purchases including canned goods etc to leave some for afternoon shoppers. This is unacceptable. Hope you read this.

Coronavirus shopping the store is doing the best they can people are great. But I went to go buy some steaks and the prices where crazy high compared to normal today 58-65.00 guy that's normal I been shopping there for 12 years it's not normal

Tried their delivery service and they ripped me off twice. I ordered a spinach dip that was on sale for 99 cents. When the order showed up, they said they were out of it and sent a replacement that cost about $6. I also ordered fish sticks that were advertised as Buy One, Get One free. They only gave me one. Never again.

I love this Vons. I have other stores closer to me and I choose to do my family shopping here. The people who work here are wonderful. They care about their customers and I never have to wait very long in a check out line. I think they have great produce and if you use the app you can get a buch of free stuff when you earn points through purchases.
