I had ONE appointment at the beginning of the year with Kristine Crouch that went horribly. She treated me like I'm an idiot and paid more attention to my male caregiver than me. The reception clerk gave me information that conflicted with Ms Crouch and I told them I will NEVER return. Since then, they have left MULTIPLE voicemails telling me I need to come in for my annual exam. I'VE NEVER HAD ONE with them HOW CAN IT NOW BE AN ANNUAL THING? I have NEVER returned their calls; because, I TOLD them I'M NEVER RETURNING! One interview visit DOES NOT MAKE ME A PATIENT. I have blocked their # each time they called and they keep calling me on other numbers! I JUST received a letter from them saying, "We have information you may have requested or the physician ordered." BULLSHIT! What they have is a list of Medicare Advantage Patients whom they can try to coerce into getting their Annual Medicare Wellness Exam at their office. TAKE A FUCKING HINT AND LEAVE ME THE FUCK ALONE!!!

If I could rate 0 stars I would. The WORST office staff I have ever encountered. I have never been treated so terribly in my life. I was 5 minutes late for my apt and they told me they have a 15 minute late policy but it doesn’t apply to me. I have health concerns and all I wanted was to have the Dr. go over my blood results and they pretty much told me they don’t care and next available apt is a month from now! If you want somewhere with compassionate staff that cares about your health this is not the place. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME or MONEY.

My 81 yr old father is a patient here and he was involved in a horrible fall resulting in many injuries. I attended his follow up with Dr Wikler and I have to say I was so pleased and impressed with the kindness and patience Dr Wikler had with my dad. The office staff was wonderful and attentive. I couldn't be more happy to know my dad is seeing this Dr. I wish they took my insurance, I'd switch over in a heartbeat!!!

I disputed a 5.00 copay charge and when I arrived for an appointment I was refused care as I was a delinquent patient and DR Crouch would not see me until it was resolved, The collection person told me it was against insurance policy to write off the 5 dollars. ALL OF THIS WAS IN THE WAITING AREA IN SIGHT AND EARSHOT OF OTHER PATIENTS. CLASSLESS !!!!

I've been a patient of Dr Eric Wikler for almost 9 years!
I'm an RN & can easily differentiate a good, well run practice from the bad. The excellent reviews of their office staff are well earned. My calls are always promptly returned & they're always friendly & understanding of my heath concerns. I feel grateful to have found them!!

This is by far the most well run medical office I have ever been to in Las Vegas. Appointments seem to always run on time the office staff is pleasant and easy to deal with. I have had a few medical issues recently and they have always found time for my emergency visits so I didn’t end up in urgent care. They take all my issues into consideration and I never feel rushed. If I leave a message they always call back. They really do seem to care about me and my health which is something I have never found before in my 35 years in Las Vegas.

Don’t go here if you want help. They will take hours to call you back in an emergency or sometimes even days. They won’t take any pain you have seriously even if you have physical proof of pain. They even laughed at a patient because they didn’t call her back for 25 days and she got upset with them because she said she might have been dead. I have never met an office with as little of care for a patient as this facility. I would immediately fire the staff or retrain them how to pick up a phone and call people in a timely matter. They can barely handle the old patients they do have left. Let this be your warning………..your welcome!

I can’t say enough about this practice and how wonderful they are. I found out I had kidney cancer and they’ve been so helpful in assisting me with what I need. I also have chronic pain and they are so helpful and awesome in assisting me with this!! I highly recommend this practice. I’ve never had a problem with referrals or getting into them when I set up my first initial appointment.

I see Nurse Practitioner Cynthia Ozawa, and I love her. She is always very friendly, warm and thorough. I never feel as if she is rushing through her time with me, and she and her ancillary staff are very prompt in returning calls and messages regarding prescriptions, referrals and appointments. I learned of this practice through recommendation of an acquaintance and have also recommended it to friends and family.

We moved to Henderson at the beginning of Covid. We had to wait a bit for initial appointment, but Dr. ERIC Wikler was definitely worth it. He is very knowledgeable and caring. They do have same day and next day apps available. Unfortunatey with a car accident, we found this part of their practice is also excellent. Dr. Wiklers nurse is also always great, Rhiannon. Both PA's are excellent and thorough. We have had 0 problems with billing. Every employee I have ever talked to has been very helpful and kind in making all appointments that are needed. This is definitely an A+ Family Practice.
