I can’t say enough about this practice and how wonderful they are. I found out I had kidney cancer and they’ve been so helpful in assisting me with what I need. I also have chronic pain and they are so helpful and awesome in assisting me with this!! I highly recommend this practice. I’ve never had a problem with referrals or getting into them when I set up my first initial appointment.

Very nice staff and friendly customer service. Unfortunately this is a insurance only medical practice. No cash.

I see Nurse Practitioner Cynthia Ozawa, and I love her. She is always very friendly, warm and thorough. I never feel as if she is rushing through her time with me, and she and her ancillary staff are very prompt in returning calls and messages regarding prescriptions, referrals and appointments. I learned of this practice through recommendation of an acquaintance and have also recommended it to friends and family.

We moved to Henderson at the beginning of Covid. We had to wait a bit for initial appointment, but Dr. ERIC Wikler was definitely worth it. He is very knowledgeable and caring. They do have same day and next day apps available. Unfortunatey with a car accident, we found this part of their practice is also excellent. Dr. Wiklers nurse is also always great, Rhiannon. Both PA's are excellent and thorough. We have had 0 problems with billing. Every employee I have ever talked to has been very helpful and kind in making all appointments that are needed. This is definitely an A+ Family Practice.

I just called today and re scheduled my appointment whoever answered the phone is very unprofessional I am not done talking to her yet and she hang up on me. Lucky her I like my doctor Cynthia

Been going since 2004 and seen many many changes but over all would never leave Dr Eric (Wikler) he probably is very unaware of some of the things going on with being so disorganized but hopefully it's a glitch in the road. No call backs, no doing what they say they will do. It's very unfortunate with such a good Dr.

Dr. Derek Crouch thank you for you professionalism and your great care. You are an amazing doctor and it shows that you care for your patients and enjoy your work. You always go above and beyond on our appointments. I'm so happy I found you. The office is always clean and the nurses and front desk are always welcoming and helpful. My problem is not with the doctors but the office staff. A mistake was made in the Quest Lab and and the blood was sent to the wrong lab. ReNae, the office administrator, was difficult to contact and took no responsibility for the insurance mistakes the office made. In my research, everything pointed to the fact mistakes were made in the front office. I am stuck paying a $1,400.00 that insurance should have paid.

Been a patient here since I was a kid and I'll never go anywhere else. I make sure I personally know the ins and outs of my insurance responsibly and I've never had any kind of issues. Highly recommend.

The doctors here give the best care. They take their time, they're thorough, efficient, and they don't just want to get you in and out. Never going anywhere else. All these people leaving the bad reviews never tell you the full story huh?

Abominable! My husband and I were seeing Dr. Culver and were very happy with her. She was fired a few months later and we were switched to Dr. Crouch. We were happy with him initially. On 12/27/21 I was rear ended and went to ER with a concussion and back pain on the 28th. On the 29th I called Wickler to see Dr. Crouch but was directed to Cynthia the nurse practitioner. She was also good, compassionate and seemed to be very thorough. She diagnosed me with whiplash and concussion, scheduled X-rays, CT scan and gave me a prescription for muscle relaxers. I tried to schedule a followup at the time but was told they'd call me when they got the results. After getting the tests I called to schedule a followup and was told "we're primary care doctors, we don't schedule followups. We refer you to specialists if necessary." Later I got a call telling me all was well - no follow up, no PT, no nothing. I still have persistent, daily headaches from the concussion and backaches! The lady that called me also missed an import carotid artery issue on the CT scan. When I pointed it out she said she'd talk to the doctor and call me back. NO CALL BACK ... 5 days later I received a call from my pharmacist that I had a prescription to pick up. It was a barbiturate from Dr. Crouch - no explanation, just says "take as needed" - as needed for what???? No call or consultation with the doctor. Nothing! The following afternoon I received a call from their office telling me they'd phone in a prescription but could tell me nothing more and still refused to allow me to schedule an appointment with the doctor. A full month after the accident I'm still getting daily headaches, dizziness and weakness. Needless to say Wickler Family Practice is no longer our primary care doctor!

Don't go they cancel my appointment without a word. Had me drive all the way over here then say they don't have me down in the system. DON'T COME HERE!!!!!!

Doctor Eric Wikler is always prompt to reply to calls, concerns & questions. His diagnoses are spot on, his nurse is intelligent, friendly and extremely professional and responsive. The office answers the phone, sets up reasonable appointments and always communicates with the doctors team well. My wife and I highly recommend Wikler Family Practice.

I just happened to see the reviews for my husband’s Doctor’s office. I am so grateful for all they have done for him. From the receptionists, insurance, nurses, and especially the Doctors. He has been a patient for at least 10 years or more and well cared for. While his health has declined and I nearly lost him 3 different times this office has been a blessing to me especially when he has left the hospital and I need help caring for him. They always follow up, return phone calls, and answer or find the answers to any questions I may have to help me care for him. I have no idea what has happened in the other reviews but that has not been the case with us. This is a wonderful caring practice and I feel fortunate they are caring for my husband.

This place is a mess, appointment time is crazy late, and the reception lady has an attitude, I came early and they made me wait forever, I asked for a reschedule, the rude receptionist gave me 2 months waiting.This is ridiculous, I could give a zero star for the lack of professionalism.
