They are amazing in every aspect. I received my car better than when I bought it. Customer service was beyond exceptional. Very caring and understanding staff. Also quick service. I turned in my car on Monday and had it by Friday. The quality of service was wonderful from the work they did and the customer service they provided. I highly recommend them. I don't usually write reviews however Arrow Collison earned a great review with me. Thank you for everything.

I had an outstanding experience with Chantal at Arrow Collision. She provided me with an estimate to repair my vehicle and was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout the process. After an upsetting accident, her comforting demeanor truly made a difference. I was also impressed by her attention to detail—she promptly emailed me a copy of the estimate and ensured I had all the information I needed. Chantel and the whole staff at Arrow are extremely professional and courteous. The entire process was smooth and the outcome of the repair was beautiful that I almost cried to have my baby back with me. I would 10000% recommend them to anyone in need of car repairs!

Shoutout to Arrow Collision for the hospitality and amazing service!?
Especially big shoutout to Chantal and Ally for handling the front desks while battling the insurance companies for me. They didn't have to but I am blown away with their service!?
If you need a sign about your next body shop, let the pictures be that sign for you. I say this is the best body shop in all of Vegas?

Excellent experience. Chantel was awesome to work with and the quality of the work performed was exceptional. Not only would I use Arrow Collision again in a heartbeat, I would strongly recommend them to anyone I know who's in need of a body shop. My car had $13k worth of hail damage from when I lived in Boulder, CO and after reading so many body shop reviews I was dreading taking it in. When I found Arrow Collision, one thing that surprised me was that they only had positive reviews and anyone whose ever looked for a body shop will understand how rare that is. Well, now I know why. Arrow Collision is a 10 out of 10!!!

If I could give a negative, I would!! I had used them before, without incident, but the last experience was off the charts horrible!!
I was rear ended and DROVE my car there. The desk person went through the usual check in paperwork and it turned out that we had mutual friends. She suggested a lawyer which I hired that day. It took 2 weeks before the lawyer told me the person that hit me had NO INSURANCE and there was nothing they could do to help and ended our contract. I was in constant contact with the collision place who told me not to worry about it. I could have taken my car from there at any time had I known they were charging me $165 a day. When the estimate process finally started, it took 2 additional weeks to do it. Between computers not working and them not getting to my car, it was determined that the car was going to be totaled. I decided to get my car back and have someone else do the work with a salvage title. They would not give me my car back unless I paid them the $4665 in storage fees!!! Furious, I coughed up the cash and got my car. They gave me my car back with no brake lights, no bumper, no trunk, no signal lights, no license plate and refused to give me my parts. I had to drive it in that condition. They would not pay to tow it. The person at the desk used racial insults ( my girlfriend is black ) and I had to return the next day with the police to get my license plate and car parts…
To summarize, I paid them $4665 to get my car back, in an UN-drivable condition after I had driven it there a month before… worst experience and even worse people

In a world where customer service is a thing of the past, Arrow collision has surpassed my expectations and has done a excellent job from beginning to end. I want to thank everyone at Arrow collision for making whats supposed to be a crappy situation into a great experience. Thanks guys I love my Ram

Just picked up my car, and it looks amazing. They went above and beyond. After the 3rd party that did the run repair was unable to match the rim color they got insurance to cover a new rim. Car looks and feels brand new again.

I'm blown away by the expert craftsmanship delivered by Arrow Collision. I've been over to their shop many times and I have seen their meticulous process of collision repair up close. I'm probably going to need some bodywork done on my Forerunner from a hit and run. They have prompt, friendly customer service and I trust these guys to fix my car quickly and correctly. They are one of the only body shops in all of Las Vegas, that I would let work on my vehicle. I highly recommend Arrow Collision to anyone who needs a good body shop in town. They're the best!

I am super grateful for Arrow Collision fixing my rear bumper. Their team and staff were truly professional and very welcoming and nice during the entire process of getting my vehicle fixed. They were very courteous and treated my vehicle with the upmost respect. My rear bumper looks brand new like from the first time that I purchased it from the car dealer. I brought in my car today. It was in a bad accident. Chantel was the woman running the office. What a sweet lady! She was just so helpful with everything. It's not every day you get into a wreck that costs you your car. So the fact that she was so helpful, detail-oriented, and explained everything to me so well went a long way. She even called the car rental place for me to get picked up. Loved this experience!!!
