Gary helped us out! We had a shattered iPad screen and he had it fixed in a day. He got us hooked up with liquid glass to hopefully prevent another shattered screen. Thank you Gary!!!

Gary was phenomenal! We dropped off two items with him and gave us a timeframe of when our items would be done. Rather than having us make two trips, he offered to keep the item that was completed before the other until the second was done. We walked in and had all the items ready for pickup. Inevitably when another device of mine breaks, this place will be my first stop. Thank you again, Gary!

I had a very pleasant experience with CPR. My phone was shattered on an accidental fall from my nightstand. They ordered the part quickly with a deposit. Upon its arrival I had called me to let me know it was in and my phone can be fixed. Once I got the phone to them, they got it fixed in less than 90 minutes. Exceptional work!

I brought in my son’s MacBook on 10/7. It was not charging. A week later I still had not heard from them so I called the business. The guy who answered assured me he would take a look at it that same day and call me back with an update. I made sure he had the correct phone number to contact me at. Didn’t get a call back at all. Finally, I went in the store on 10/24 and picked up the Mac. The girl said it was not fixable. But I never received a call telling me they had even looked at the Mac. I will ask my bank to credit me the $49 they charged me.

I walked in and was greeted immediately by Diab who was in the store by himself with another guest. He was very helpful and friendly. He provided me with excellent service and realistic expectations. He also showed me several options for screen protectors. The repair was done in the time frame he promised and everything worked perfectly when my phone repair was completed. I would highly recommend this shop based on Diab's professionalism and best in class customer service.
