“I’m obsessed! The facility is clean, the staff is so friendly, and I love the way I leave feeling! I am there 4-6 sessions a week. I love the private room with access to TV and most streaming services. The ice cold towel at the end is a nice perk. This is one of my favorite ways of self care!”

“I love love love this store. Sure, kids do too, but they make adult sizes in a lot of the items. My Neighbor Totoro jacket is gonna keep me warm and snuggly for the rest of this winter season (hint not from Nevada) fall and oh early spring too...wait most summer nights also. Maybe I should have bought two. I'm going to wear it out. ?

“Huge shout-out to the jewelry counter at Macy’s in the Galleria Mall. I came in last minute needing a gift for my wife, and even though they were extremely busy, Daniela took the time to help me without ever making me feel rushed.
She was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right piece. What could have been a stressful situation turned into a smooth, great experience because of her. Excellent customer service like this is rare — Daniela is a true asset to Macy’s.

“Who was a little slow today at the cashier area but once you walk in we were approached by very friendly associate. Directed us where we need to be and how to handle a return. In addition that they had a really good sale today and if you were to get assistance on trying on a new bra it would be $10 off your final purchase. Which I did and the fitting specialist was very professional, kind and understanding. She helped me realize and gave me really great information on my new bra. Even though I have purchased plenty of bras from VS I've only had a total of four fittings within 20 years. We laughed a little bit because I actually had a Victoria's secret bra on which I've had for over 10 years and she said it was the best bra that she's seen that was not falling apart.”
