I usually love coming in but today was terrible. The 2 girls working not once acknowledged I was in the store and I was the only customer. Each time I asked a question they were annoyed and one of them keep shooting me dirty looks like I was interrupting them. When it was time to pay the girl didn't greet me and just gave me the total, she didn't even look at me. My total was just over $20 but they could not break $100 bill. I ended up leaving with nothing as I didn't have my debit card. It wouldn't have been so bad if they were polite in the 1st place. The girl checking me out was also in street clothes with no name badge just wearing a big blue t shirt, what happened to looking professional or at least like you belong in the store. Sad to have had this experience because the staff is usually so kind and happy.

Aren't we lucky to have a Yankee candle store here! I LOVE their candles, and the women helping us were so sweet. Amazing customer service. One of them is named Michell, like my name but no E. I love meeting other Michelle's. And the other lady was the manager, she showed us the candles with the strongest scent. Located on the first floor near the elevator at Galleria Mall. I love their candles compared to other brands, the ones we got were Autumn Fall scents and they were on sale! Half price for their largest candle. Great price. They still have a strong great scent after a couple of weeks. LOVED it, it was just what we were looking for. They also give you a free candle on your birthday so sign up on their website! First time actually shopping here and they have so many good deals and discounts. So many things were 40% off and even when you pay, if you register your name and number, you'll get a free candle for your birthday and even more discounts through email. They'll even cut your wick for you when you get any of their candles. So many choices to choose from and so many scents, you'll definitely spend a lot of time here smelling everything and choosing a lot.

Phaedra is absolutely amazing. Every recommendation she makes is always something added to our carts. You know you're doing something right when even your teammates are raving about you. My husband and I love this store. Their wood wick collection is amazing and we always enjoy the seasonal items. From the beginning to the end we enjoy the experience Yankee Candle, Phaedra, and the rest of the team offer.

Laura, the employee who helped us, was super knowledgeable, helpful, sincere, and genuine. Her positive and pleasant demeanor made shopping in her store an amazing experience. She greeted us the instant we walked in, informed us of the specials, and then gave us time to look around. She checked on us often but not so much that it was obnoxious. Laura is the type of employee that I wish I encountered in every store I go to. My boyfriend and I will definitely be back to visit and purchase from Laura again.

Placed an online order for in-store pickup on 12/26/2021, two items were canceled, and then I received a notification the rest of the items were ready for pickup. Go to the store and they were going to be closed until well after the new year because of staff shortage or something? I received no phone call saying that I wouldn’t be able to pick them up for well over a week even though they said they were ready for pick up. When they reopened they said all orders were cancelled, yet I have no refund and the items that I have ordered seemed to have been taken and I can’t get a refund. Poor customer service all around between this store and the actual customer service over the phone and emails. Will stick to local and handcrafted purchases with customer service in mind.

Well I'll be that one person with the three stars. Don't get me wrong their customer service skills are amazing, super friendly. And it's not their fault the return system sucks. But I guess there is a reason why I only shop at bath and body works. I burned a candle for only an hour, smelt like nothing. They gave me a coupon to use for 50% off the candle. So the value of the candle I tried returning was $15.50. I should've been able to get a new candle for that price. But instead they gave me a Gc option or put $15.50 towards a new candle and pay the difference. That's ridiculous in my opinion. So now I have a $16 which I probably won't use. The air fresheners for the car barely work.. but bath and body you can burn a candle and exchange for a new candle for no cost. Shame..
