Great little store. Staff (Sue) was awesome! They didn't have an item I was looking for. Sue got on the phone and found it at a local pharmacy for me.

Ruben in hardware was so helpful in locating the items I needed - very courteous and professional. My shopping experience was timely and informative; I got everything I needed in 1 trip. Thanks for having employees like Ruben at the forefront.

Handy Haven at Mountain Hardware and Sports InclineMountain Hardware and Sports Incline, an Ace Hardware store in Incline Village, has become a regular pitstop for me, proving time and again why Ace stores have such a stellar reputation.Every visit is like a mini-adventure. The staff here are not just helpful; they're like walking, talking store encyclopedias. Navigating the store and finding exactly what I need is always a breeze, thanks to their uncanny ability to decipher my sometimes cryptic descriptions (which can sound like a foreign language at times). The store itself is impressively stocked for its size. You can find a vast array of items, making it more than just a hardware store; it's a community resource. Whether you're a DIY novice or a seasoned pro, chances are they've got what you need. For a hardware hunt that feels like striking gold, Mountain Hardware and Sports Incline is your Incline Village go-to!

This is a great resource for people living in Incline Village. The convenience comes with a cost, however. It's likely you will spend twice as much (or more) at this Ace compared to Home Depot, Lowe's, or Amazon.

I LOVE having a local hardware store down the street and now they are officially Mountain Hardware, it's even better with high end retail. They really have everything you need with paint, tools, cleaning products, camping gear, fishing gear, gardening items, seasonal items - all your snow gear.Employees are friendly and helpful. Their prices are higher than Home Depot and Walmart but the items they have are high quality.

I love this place! They go above and beyond customer service! Mark was so helpful and went out of his way to find the items I ordered. This is the way a company should operate!

They are bringing in new stuff by the day, including clothes (Marmot & Cotapaxi!) shoes, and beautiful home decor on top of all your hardware needs. This place isn’t just for your handyman husband anymore, so awesome to have this in our community ?

The worst service from Scott on paint department No recommended. If you are in incline is better to drive down to Carson the Home Depot

I'm not gonna lie, I think I liked this place a bit better when it was Village Ace Hardware. I can't put a finger on it... maybe it's just me? Am I getting old? Am I just "that guy" that hates change? Woah...

Yay! Everyone who works here is very friendly and helpful- no postcards, but I got some cool candles, neato wrapping paper, and a sweet sticker! Highly recommend stopping here for your gifting or camping needs! They pretty much have it all here, and all the employees are quite personable! Thank you so much!

All Ace Hardware stores have helpful people. The Incline Village store has the most helpful people of all. If they don’t have it in store they try to get it for you.
