I used them through AAA, were friendly and got the job done! I was on a trip with family and my lowered Acura Integra had a partial brake failure on the tail end of a busy travel weekend in North Lake resulting in me needing a tow 104 miles down the hill to my house. I informed them my car was lowered, and they safely loaded it onto the flatbed using blocks so my front bumper didn't get scraped, kept it safely in their yard, and got it down the hill to my house the very next day! Updated me regularly on the progress and were able to drop it off at my driveway while I was gone at work with zero issues and my car was just how I left it! Solid service and solid job, performed to realistic expectations.

I use this company all the time for my many vehicles because they are the best in the area. Sure the service requested various on many factors but I promise anyone that calls here won't be disappointed by the end of the day, they really know their stuff and sometimes will fix your problem as a kind of road mechanic. They are willing to lose money on towing you just to help you get back on the road because they care about servicing everyone in need on every day allotted them. I've been grateful to have them service my cars over the years.

Not proud of it, have become aggressive with them all due to my misunderstanding, and let me tell you, they still serviced me and didn't correct me of my wrong doing! I figured out the miscommunication and severely apologized a few days later for my behavior. None the less, I must say I put them through the ringer and they responded with patience yet the reviews on this speak as if they responded differently. I trust my instinct that you just can't appease everyone, myself included! That said this is a fine company that had helped me many times. I live here and the bay, been using them for the last 8 years now. I trust them and no one else. Trust me the wait is worth it, especially if your getting Ben! He is really good with vehicles and having him might result in fixing you vehicle over all. Trust me, he knows his stuff!
Please don't loose your attitude from the tourist that ruin our community through the season and their reviews on local businesses! Thank you Alpine towing, you really are the best service offered in North shore. I have had damages to my car from other towing companies in the area because i couldn't wait for you and they fought, lied, and lost the insurance battle for the damages my car. My loyalty is with you forever and I'm willing to wait for the integrity and professionalism of your operators, especially Ben!

Ben quicly sent Lupe who perfomed a successful service. Also alerted me to a towing scam in Tahoe Cty which I was able to extract myself from with Ben's advice. Alpine is a fine business.

Was contacted by them for a AAA tow. The guy was so rude, arrogant and unprofessional. He belittled me and gave the worst customer service. I felt uncomfortable and cannot believe AAA has this company as a provider. I wouldn’t trust them towing my car anyway now that I know what type of people they are, he did me a favor by being so rude. I tried to be accommodating and understanding yet he wanted to try to prove a point, talk bad about other local businesses, and tell me what I should and shouldn’t do with servicing my vehicle. He ended up sending me back to AAA, acting like he was too good to tow me and he then proceeded to call and text me. I feel uncomfortable and harassed by this person. Do not trust them.

Awesome service through Dan and Patrick getting our car unstuck after a storm. It was a very challenging job to say the least, and they got the car out on touched. Very grateful.

Best tow company I've used (once last summer and once today). As my tow today was going to exceed my 5 mile AAA limit, I did get 3 quotes. Ben, the managing partner from Alpine offered by far the best price in addition to being the most friendly and knowledgeable operator. He also patiently walked me through getting set up on the AAA app, which allowed me to split the bill, thereby saving even more money. Ben went the extra mile and confirmed via text that his driver Patrick would be assigned to job. Patrick showed up within 15 minutes of my AAA request and he took care of towing my vehicle to Truckee. Ben and Patrick both get A+ from me today.
