Cool resort in incline village was perfect location for skiing on Mt Rose. The rooms were cool and each of the loft came with a spacious living room and kitchen. The second bathroom was very small though. Can easily fit 6 people although sharing 2 bathrooms amongst those many people could be challenging. The resort also had an interesting clubhouse with a bunch of activities, we couldn't explore being too tired from skiing.

Our room was perfect for our family of five. Our two oldest shared the Loft with two twin beds and had their own "floor". The living room and kitchen were great for hanging out. Main bedroom with ensuite bathroom and other full bedroom were spacious and comfortable. I will say that you need to be okay with stairs if staying here. Also note that heat rises, so those sleeping downstairs will be cooler than those in the Loft.We burned duralogs every night and it was cozy. We used the sauna and jacuzzi every day and though sparce I enjoyed the gym.My kids enjoyed the arcade and playing pool. Staff was very friendly and helpful and I loved every bit of our time.I would definitely return.Rooms: Spacious. May be a little chilly for some. All accessible by stairs.

You should know that these are very aged cabins, otherwise they're kept well, good amenities to include bartender on the weekend, outdoor poor and hottub, pool tables, air hockey and pinball in the clubhouse. The price is very nice for a medium family/group. It was cheaper than a hotel in the area for a lot more space and the ability to cook some food. Service was good for the checkin and check out. Didn't have any complaints.

Seems to always be broken blinds in our unit. Otherwise we love the place. Need to consider a pump for the hot water in the gym showers. It takes so long to get hot water which of course is a real waste of water.

Fix your wifi. It's 2023. You shouldn't have to register every day on a week stay. Internet cuts out commonly throughout the day no matter which device and location around the grounds and it's an unsecured network. When you call, they say, no one else is having problems. And that's the only solution. Had family staying in another unit with the same issue.

1) Good location 2) Very clean 3) Interior of the unit, very dated, A throw back to the 1980's The free standing fire place looks like it was from the 70'sRed shower curtain! Really for $12 they can upgrade the shower curtain at Walmart.3) Bedding, old.4) Read the fine print, you want your room serviced/cleaned beds made etc, you have to call the front desk and made a request

Best place to stay on the lake. Perfect location. Safe & clean accommodations at an affordable rate. Yup; the decor & design is dated. But we’re there for the beach, the hikes, views, restaurants, summer events, familiar staff faces (we stay annually) & family fun.

It's OK. It's basically a place to sleep. The entire place is very very outdated. It's not shiny and pretty like the Worldmark. There are no games in the library, only puzzles. They have very old vhs tapes to borrow but our room didn't have a vcr, it had a dvd player. Our room had a stereo that didn't work. The frying pan was missing the rubber handle, so your hand burned when grabbing the handle. You have to reserve to play tennis and billiards, racquetball was closed. Pool was heated. We were not allowed to use the bbq grill on our balcony. Wifi is very slow. Front desk employees are inconsistent with information. Lots of places to eat nearby, also very close to Raley's.

Horrible customer service!! I've had reservations at club Tahoe for over six months and spoke with them about bringing my service animal. After speaking with the gal at the front desk, she said, I cannot bring my service animal. Unless it does some kind of job for me. ( no emotional support animals) she was very rude and not helpful at all. I would never recommend staying at club Tahoe if that's the kind of customer service you get

My stay was exceptional! The front desk person- Gladys (not sure on the spelling)- was super helpful. She is a BTS fan like me, and we bonded over that. My kids loved the summer Tahoe experience. We stayed in room 83, and our room was a lot more spacious than we were expecting from online pics. It had 3 levels- the main kitchen area, a loft bedroom, and two bedrooms in the basement. There were two bathrooms in the basement, complete with a shower in one and a tub in the other. There were two TVs in our place, and they had cable. We were about a 10-15 minute drive from King's Beach. (The front desk has vouchers to go to beaches near Club Tahoe, but our extended family was staying at the Franciscan, so we went to the beaches in that area.) We hope to go back to the resort again to try out Tahoe in the winter. Stay here- you won't regret it!Rooms: Our place- #83- was much bigger than I realized from the online pics. We loved our place so much. ? I loved that there a lot of walking paths surrounding our place. The girls and I went for a long walk. It was gorgeous to see all of that nature! ❤️

From the moment I checked in I was disappointed! I made the reservation through SWA hotels booking in March. Never heard from club Tahoe that my week reservation (Monday to Monday) went against their "policy" and that they were going to have to move us for the last 2 days of our stay to a separate suite. This was totally unacceptable as we had plans that would not allow us to pack, move and unpack for the 2 remaining days of our reservation. The excuse given was they rent by the week (Fri to Fri, Sat to Sat or Sun to Sun) and we should have known that. They had other guests scheduled for that suite starting July 1st. It took sometime with communication between club Tahoe and SWA to get a partial refund of the final 2 days. We left and had a wonderful experience at the Hyatt regency in Sacramento.Noteworthy details: Stains on ceiling at fireplace, lacking in dishes and pots and pans. Close to hospital and grocery store. Needs upgraded and better communication about reservations before day of check in.
