Tammy (the owner) is truly lovely & down to earth. She does a fabulous full body waxing with the most painless Brazilian ever. It’s such a treat to come visit this clean salon and spend time with her and also the lovely patrons and regulars.

This place is great! They were super friendly, extremely accomodating with fitting us in, and did a great job on our nails. The salon is clean and simple, and the prices were reasonable (~$30 for manicure and ~$40 for pedicure). Highly recommended!!

Made an appointment after reading reviews online and looking at their website. Nice pedicure but be aware that the prices at their website are not current. Said basic spa pedicure was $38, turned out it was $42.

James is great! I came from out of town and needed a manicure. He was great and works amazingly well! Will definitely come back when in Tahoe!

I went for a spa pedicure. It was supposed to include cuticle treatment. What I expected was to have the cuticles pushed back and trimmed. He spend very little time on them. The emphasis was on the leg and foot message. I hadn't had a pedicure in three weeks so I really need cuticle removal and also callous removal. He also spent very little time doing that. My appointment was at 1:15pm and he was finishing up by 1:55. In the salon I regularly go to in Monrovia CA, my home town, I'm used to spending an hour and a half. Most of that time is spent on the cuticles and callouses. The point of a pedicure is to have pretty toes. I won't go back. They aren't very thorough.

The employees are kind and I didn’t bleed - a tall order for someone who gets mani pedis infrequently and has dry mountain skin like me. I called and was able to get in same day. Lots of colors and the massage chair nearly put me to sleep.

They listen! Thank goodness a nail salon that actually gives me what I want. A little pricey, similar to other places in Incline, but better than driving to Reno.

Tucked away you'll find a hidden gem! One of the best nail salons that I have ever been too. The owner Tammy and her staff make you feel pampered as you sit back and enjoy your mani and pedicures. The small touches of salt scrubs followed by warm lotion and hot towels and polish that doesn't chip on pedis. Too attention to detail of gel and manicures!

I'm usually not one for reviews, but my first time at Crystal Nails was great and I thought I'd share. I called the day of asking if there were any available times for an acrylic fill and I was scheduled for later that day. My nail tech, Ken, was efficient and extremely kind (Not to mention it was his birthday!) I showed him a picture of similar nails and am very happy how mine came out! The prices are reasonable compared to other salons around town. I went to another nail salon in Incline and wasn't impressed so I am very glad I found Crystal and will definitely be back!

Went here last minute and was ecstatic that they got my daughter and I in the same day. She a manicure which was okay but my pedicure was the most excruciating experience I've ever had. I informed him that I had ingrown toenails and not to cut them, he asked if he could do the top which was fine but continued to cut way down before I could blink. The scraping along the cuticle had me wiggling in my seat and even after I continuously told him no cutting, it hurts alot!! He still did it, I should have walked out. Now it's going to be a painful few months as the nail grows?. Lesson learned, I'll be happy spending 3 times the amount in a reputable spa where it's actually enjoyable.Service: Pedicures

A decent pedicure in a clean salon. They also follow COVID safety protocols and use clean tools for each new client. The hot lotion for the massage is a nice touch. It isn't hard to get an appointment and they take walk ins. For $38, though, its a bit pricey for what you get. In the Rayley's center so easy to get to and lots of available parking.
