We stay here every time we go snowboarding at Northstar Resort. The front desk receptionist, Jack, is very welcoming and considerate. We booked through Amex FHR and he was the first person who gave us options to choose a room for an upgrade. We don't prefer a balcony, so a room with a sofa worked out great! Also, breakfast at Sierra Cafe is delicious. I recommend Tahoe Benedict and Steak & egg. Will visit here again next month :)

Rooms are outdated. But they have two large jet hot tubs plus a huge pool, which operates in winter.

This place is such a gem. The location is great, the heated pools and Jacuzzis are amazing when it's snowing outside.Really the best of all was the food and service. The Lone Eagle Grill was in one word "outstanding." Filet Mignon was cooked to perfection. The duck breast I got was out of this world. It is a bit pricey, but we'll worth the hefty price tag. What highlighted the whole experience was the friendliness of staff, from the valet and front desk, to the housekeepers. This operation is running smoothly in large thanks to the true professional General Manager Pascal, whom I had the great pleasure of meeting. Thank you Pascal, thank you to everyone at Hyatt. Keep up the amazing job ? Hope to be back in the near future.Rooms: A bit dated, but great for what we needed.Food & drinks: Food and drinks are top of the like, high end. Fantastic selection. Great all the way around.

Such a great experience! Beautiful hotel & resort! Great service, clean, rooms are great, there are so many activity options. Restruants on site are great! You can even rent bikes from the hotel. We came here for our honeymoon, the resort was reccomended to us & we were so happy with our time there. Its amazing that a resort has an activity calendar and adventure guides! All of the activites were amazing!! Such great service! Thank you for offering these to your guests it makes it so much easier for those of us who are not familiar with the area. Ive even checked their calendar and theyve added more fun activites! Cant wait to come back & visit! Happy New Year!

This was one of the best Hyatt hotels I have ever stayed at. The staff were friendly, welcome drinks upon arrival was nice as there is a resort fee here. However, the hotel main lobby needs a nice bar and restaurant. Glad to see it's going to get the renovation it deserves. Lobby breakfast was amazing, pool and hot tub were great. Lake Tahoe Is pricey so don't be shocked when you visit here!

Great place to stay. Very friendly service, welcome bubbly, great heated outdoor pool, great Globalist recognition, awesome beach and lots of activities for the whole family. We stayed in a Family Suite with bunk beds for the kids which was great. Breakfast buffet is very good - and I am not usually a buffet person.

TL DR: An amazing place to stay in incline. Friendly courteous staff, many recreational activities to choose from, nice clean rooms, and close to many great food options. Price: 3/5 I was super lucky and had the opportunity to stay here for a conference. Disclaimer I did receive a discounted rate because it was a group conference. However, a quick Google search demonstrates that price is a little higher than competitors. But you're paying for exceptional quality, restful sleep, and amazing staff. Ambiance / Rooms: 5/5 Nice decor! Cute Christmas decor throughout. From the moment you walk in everything is themed so well together. The rooms are spotless. There is no dust anywhere not be found, nothing was sticky, and most importantly bedsheets and pillowcases were clean. No stains and very evident that everything was freshly laundered. Beds are super comfortable and I was able to sleep well without any issues. Amenities: 5/5 There are so many activities from hiking, smores, 2 different fitness centers, archery, dancing, hot tubs, pools, and of course the gorgeous Tahoe views. If you stop by the concierge/bell desk you will see everything going on for the day. Everyone was super friendly and answered any questions I had. Food: 4/5 Disclaimer I only had catered food at the hotel. There were a wide variety of options regarding gluten free, vegetarian, and vegan options for all of our meals. However, dinner was a little disappointing, the chicken was really dry. I would recommend checking out some of the restaurants at the hotel or venturing out to the incline area. The appetizers and desserts were great. Without question this is going to be my go to spot to stay while in Incline.

I have to say everything here is out of my expectations! Great location with private beach, outdoor hot tub spa and the fabulous views of Lake Tahoe. They have three restaurants, one Italy one American and one next to the beach. I tried the Italy restaurant, delicious food and terrific service! Nothing I can complain! Now I can’t wait to come back in summer!Food & drinks: Great food!

Stayed here for my finance’s birthday. This place is a fantastic value as a Globalist. We were upgraded to a studio suite at check in and given all kinds of goodies:-Free s’more kit-Free other item at Tahoe provisions (their cafe with premade items as well).-Free parkingFor her birthday there was a bottle of champagne, chocolate covered strawberries, and a cupcake waiting for us when we arrived at the room. It’s also great you can use your free breakfast at the restaurant or the cafe to go if you’re busy that morning. The food in general was quite good. The hotel also has a bunch of activities like archery, snow shoeing, and line dancing most of which are complementary. The location in incline village is fairly secluded with not a ton of restaurants and shops in the area but that suited us just fine as we came more for nature and to watch the sunset by the lake. It’s also just about a 20 minute drive to Tahoe city if you’re looking for more to do.Staff were helpful and friendly, housekeeping did a great job.
