Would give negative stars if possible. Do NOT get your prescription filled unless you wish to be treated like you are bothering April for waiting forever to give them your money. Do yourself a favor and get your prescriptions filled absolutely anywhere else. Thanks for nothing April. You won't be missed.

Stood at counter for almost five minutes with no acknowledgement that I was even here. Both people looked at me and didn't say a word.

Can the lines be impossibly long? Yes, but that’s part of living in a small mountain town. The pharmacists there always impress me with their knowledge and care. As a known sick kid I am there A LOT, but really do feel as though they are monitoring all of my meds and give recommendations to improve outcomes.

Huge store with about 80 aisles (literally) and food for every diet, alcohol for every taste, and tons of sundries for lake fun.

Staffing issues aside as many businesses have succumb to the impact of employees shortages these days... I want to compliment Noah and the staff for going, " Above and Beyond" on two separate occasions in the past few months. Noah helped facilitate perscriptions in an expeditious way due to travel constrains on our end. She took extra time to communicate and follow up. Her personal concern and attention were truly appreciated

For some reason the Raley's stores in the Lake Tahoe basin are all a cut above the rest of the competition. Both the selection and staff are great. While we usually go to Safeway and Lucky's at home we ONLY go to Raleys when in Tahoe. They are the best!

So Noah at the Pharmacy is fabulous. Thank you for coming to our aid and helping us out. Way to be kind and be great medicine!

Absolutely the worst. Unfortunately they can't keep any help so they have regular employees working. It takes days to get the Rx and then standing in line forever to pick it up.

I understand they are short staffed, but for 6 months they have never filled my prescription until I come in after it's supposed to be ready. Once I'm there they will generally fill it within a day or two. That's unprofessional. It gets worse if you say anything. I dared to say "what do I have to do, call in to complain when it's not ready on time?" The pharmacist said I shouldn't use language like that. For me to dare say the word "complain" she said I'll send your prescription out of here right now... 3 days after it was supposed to be ready... and 2 days after some of my meds ran out because they never count 30 pills correctly. It's shoulder season. It's not like the town is full of tourists causing a flood of work. Can't wait for natural grocers to open up so I can shop somewhere else. So disappointed.

This supermarket was conveniently located for my purchases for my breakfast, which I took with me, of course. Reasonable prices and big selection.

Wish I could do 0 stars. Dr. calls pharmacy to give diagnostic code so I go in once my Dr. confirmed she talked with someone and they say they never received it. Have the Dr. call back a second time and then they tell me they never received it again. Dr. calls in the morning and says she went through a whole process with someone. Go in for the 3rd time and they tell me I can't get it refilled because of insurance. Dr. calls back a 4th time to straighten everything out. Do not go. The woman cashier should not work there either. She's way to slow and a thousand people were in line.

It's a mixed bag. Certain pharmacists are great; others not so much. In general, the fulfillment of prescriptions is so-so at best. My husband and I have been told our prescriptions would be ready at a specific time and have come back to pick them up (multiple occasions) only to have to wait even longer. Today, I brought a prescription in for heart medicine for my dying dog (true....has DCM, AFib, MVP and a growing mass in her chest) and was told that the prescription could not be filled because of a misspelling. Specifically, the Rx said "diltiazam" not "diltiazem". Wow. No room for professional judgement?

I called the bakery with a random request. To celebrate the completion of my 14 year old son swimming the 21.3 mile length of Lake Tahoe today, we wanted to have a cake done for his after party. I just wanted a simple white cake with even just an outline of the lake and a “Congrats” type message. No place in SLT could or would do it but you said you would attempt something! My husband picked it up and brought it to the finish of the swim and surprised my son! It was adorable! We ALL loved it. I understand you don’t do “personalized” cakes like that but going out of your way to make a special cake for such a special occasion was amazing! Thank you again! And not only was it super cute, it tasted great and everyone loved it.
