Just arrived from Hawaii and found so many wonderful deals and products. Went to Starbucks first for Christmas gifts ...found everything I needed. Self burning logs ( only kind I can use in condo) on sale for $3, pomegranate excellent price and when I had to return along with some body spray I didn't care for. I had no problem with returning at the regular cashier line and was given a new pomegranate for free. One of my favorite sections was all the healthcare/ self care products... love all candles, bath bombs, journal etc. Also tried some local beer and other cool drinks I found quite reasonable coming from Hawaii it's actually cheaper here even though everything else is extremely high priced. Customer service is top notch!! Cashier's super friendly, helpful and fun. Great experience overall!!

Very tired of Raley’s inaccurate pricing. Their signage baits you into purchasing it, then you realize at the register how much more expensive the item actually is. I have shopped at Raley’s for over a year and I still have never gotten “something extra” despite signing up for their rewards program. Very bad selection and it is clearly overstocked on alcohol but not nearly enough food options for a grocery store. Very disappointed in Raley’s and I don’t recommend going here.

RALEY’S RIP-OFFExpired goods, weird store layout, and bogus discount program all make this grocery chain the place of last resort to shop.We were wise to hit up the Reno Winco for the meals we planned to cook at our vacation rental in Incline Village. If you’re driving and don’t know how well-stocked the rental’s pantry is, be sure to pack essential spices, oils, and vinegars so you don’t have to fork over ridiculous amounts of money for something you could’ve packed. A small garlic powder was $9….I had planned on buying veggies for our second supper and was thrilled to see the asparagus looking handsome at $2 a pound. Turns out, it’s only for those poor souls forced to shop here who have a shopper’s card. Luckily, I typed in our vacation rental owner’s cell number and was able to avoid paying the higher price. The local mushrooms were a nice find and a decent price. They went well with the $2 pepper… Hahaha.Anywho… Do your shopping elsewhere if possible and plan to spend a pretty penny if you do end up at Raley’s Rip Off

Buyer be warned!Be careful if you shop at Raleys! They allow expired products to remain on the shelves way past their expiration date.ex: Tuesday 10/3/23 there were carrots still on the shelves that expired 9/25/23.Pictured below is creamer that I bought Tuesday 10/3/23… expired by a month

Friendly check out staff. And one of the largest Raleys I've been too. Seemed to have everything I need and then more. One could spend an afternoon cruising the aisles.

Good selection of foodstuffs. Especially the sourdough. But their sandwiches were great. We came in to town on July 4th, few places were open and they saved us with their deli sandwiches. Tri-tip BBQ sandwich was absolutely banging.

This place has anything you can think of in terms of groceries, with very good produce and also an amazing alcohol section. It’s quite large, and the dairy is hard to find as It’s in a completely different section than you would think, but overall a really good store.

I don’t think I’ve ever written a review for a grocery store before but service here was great. We found some great tri-tip and then I inquired at the meat area if they had any that were pre seasoned. Luk offered a cup of seasoning and then even offered to just go ahead and put the seasoning in with the tri-tip in a bag. This was greatly appreciated and saved us a bunch of time. Oh and the tri-tip turned out amazing!

Good selection of food at great prices. Except the wine, which is weirdly overpriced unless you buy 6+ bottles.

This is my go-to grocery store. Always clean with a lot of restocking. The employees always chat and are super friendly.

Solid staff, great selection.Only downside is the breadth of the store; it's huge.Multiple EV chargers and curbside delivery.

Excellent selection, clean and very nice customer service. I loved my deli sandwich!!! I got a turkey with all the goodies and it was fresh and delish! The bread was also fresh. I'm so grateful the Incline store consistently offers such great food and a very pleasant shopping environment!
