I inquired and discussed my situation. Unfortunately they don't have anyone who does or HR data privacy cases, which is fine, that's not the reason of the rating. My main issue is that they couldn't even tell me what category of law does HR data privacy cases. Apparently explaining what type of lawyer handles data privacy lawsuits is forbidden. She knew the answer but said that would be giving legal advise. To tell me what sector of law privacy cases fall into is legal advise? Useless.

Jeremy Krenek did an amazing job with our Eviction case, especially in the hard times of the Pandemic. Jeremy was very responsive and speedy with his responses. He helped us make the best decisions in regards to the eviction process. Jeremy was also great at keeping us updated and informed on changing situations throughout the process. This was a complicated case and Jeremy handled it very well.

I called Incline Law Group not sure if they were the right attorney's for my need. I am working getting a 501(c)3 non-profit. Lorraine (I hope I spelled that right) who answered the phone was very friendly and professional. She forwarded my call to another lady Helena who was just as nice and professional. I was really impressed with their customer service and if I need to hire an attorney I will be using Incline Law Group

Cassell von Baeyer with Incline Law Group has been my Real Estate attorney for several years. She has given me expert advice and counsel on multiple real estate issues. She is very accessible and responsive. Recently we worked on a project that was very complicated. It also needed to be handled expeditiously due filing deadlines. Be smart, and don't get trapped into their $300 hour consultation! I was referred to them to find out as simple thing, if my company qualifies for a Nevada Corporation, something that could have been easily answered in a few minutes. An unnecessary $300 one hour consultation was almost forced on me in order to find out a very simple qualification that could have been answered in just one question, "Do you or anyone of your workers conduct work or have an office in Nevada?". I feel like I was really taken advantage of because of my kind hearted nature thinking everyone is good and will not try to cheat you in this world. It is for lawyers like these that I have to harden my heart and be less naive about peoples intentions.
