The Branch Manager Laura does not respect the social distancing recommendation. I went there this morning and Laura demanded that I remove my mask and walk by her in the doorway so she could lock the door behind me. There was no one standing behind me or walking by that might have come in. I asked her to please stand back 6 feet so I could come in. She stood in the doorway and refused to move. Finally she stepped back 6 feet but stood in the breezeway so if I walked by here I

Finally she stepped back 6 feet but stood in the breezeway so if I walked by her I would only be 2 feet from her. I explained this to her and she became hostile. She started yelling at me saying that if I didn't feel comfortable coming in I didn't have too. I calmly told her everything was fine, just that she needed to respect the social distancing. They have 10 of these fliers around the bank. Finally, I got to the counter and they told me I couldn't withdrawal MY money. I have been banking here for over 15 years. The teller had to ask Laura if it was ok for me to withdrawal (WTF?) she loudly said okay but that is ALL I could have. She was extremely unprofessional, not wearing a mask or gloves or practicing social distancing. DO NOT GO HERE

Never use this bank worst customer service experience ever. Be sure to get your CDs out in time if you're one day over the maturity date they will assess you a $200 fee which is more than the amount of interest accrued on the CD. Closing all my accounts and I'm never coming back after this

I absolutely love this bank! They really know what they're doing. They have amazing customer service. The staff really works hard, they're so friendly! I would give this location 10 stars if I could! They serve cookies on Fridays too!

We opened an account with Umpqua with September Williams when we moved to Incline Village four years ago. She efficiently handled all details. During our stay in Incline, September arranged for wire transfers and other banking functions for us. We moved from Incline and closed our account. Once again September took care of everything. We were always greeted by friendly professional tellers throughout our time with Umpqua. I highly recommend banking with Umpqua and hope there is an Umpqua Bank when we make our next move.

The best bank in the world they are so cool and nice to us and everyone they are so sweet and friendly I have never had a problem with my card they ever since I felt Wells Fargo but Umpqua is the best place.
