Slow, rude, and bureaucratic...even by bank standards. What a shame to treat customers like this.

Shouting "THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE" at customers from across the room is not good customer service, no matter what your training manual might claim. Also, overheard a banker loudly exclaim a customers account balance and verbalize his account number in front of multiple waiting customers. When he explained his account had been opened several decades ago by a parent when he was a child, instead of thanking him for staying with the bank for so long, she scolded him for having his parents name attached to the account because "he's an adult now, not a child". If I had been in that position, I would have cleared my account and never come back.

As much as I like us bank, I hate going to this bank specially. When I have to go to us bank I rather drive 30-45 mins to the us bank in another town because the staff here and mostly the manager here are mean, condescending, and just plain rude and unhelpful. Save your time and energy and just go to a different bank where the staff is actually willing to help you.

Not the friendliest tellers. They won’t assist in counting deposits for you, nor will they assist you with deposit slips. They ask for bills to all be facing the same direction and ask to be called in advanced for coins. Based on what I experienced they’re quite inconvenienced when asked to do their job — pretty unfortunate considering this is the only branch on this part of the lake! I do not recommend this branch.

Completely unhelpful. I dealt with US bank in Colorado and now Nevada. They unprofessional to say the least. I closed my accounts and took my business elsewhere, you should too.

The bank manager Karen is not as nice , friendly and willing to help as the old manager josh . Had to call the main headquarters to accomplish something she could have done . Please bring josh back ! The current tellers are great though

Everyone at this bank is super friendly. We get less fees because we have US Military accounts. Works well with Navy FED. Free notary as we bank here. I really like it.

OK, THE ANCIENT ATM IN INCLIN E VILLAGE NV ATE MY ATM CARD, MALFUNCTIONED, THEN DID NOT GIVE BACK MY CARD. WTF? HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO GET MY GAS TANK FILLED NOW? THIS IS STUPID. THERE IS $$$ IN THE ACCOUNT, THERE ARE NO ISSUES ON MY END. ....WHY ME? WHY CANT IT HAPPEN TO SOMEONE ELSE?
