AWESOME PITSTOP! It’s got everything, a Starbucks, restrooms, gas, convenience store, and of course Las Vegas’ World Famous Pinkbox Doughnuts! If you’re not stopping here, you’re missing out because gas is much cheaper here than in California (that is, if you’re coming from there).
I missed out in grabbing some donuts and using the restroom in Vegas, so I can say this place saved my life lol. It’s pretty clean, I didn’t have any gross restroom experiences! I also grabbed my donuts quickly, there’s no wait!
I stopped by on a busy Saturday with family and we didn’t have to wait to fill up on gas either, we were in-and-out! I’m so impressed with the Primm Center as it’s a busy hub 24/7. The staff got it on lock!

Don't play any of the slot machines there !!! If you cash out any amount of money , you have to wait for someone to come over from Buffalo bills to pay you ...not only did we have to wait for over an hour and a half for them to show up ..but when they finally did show they told me their system was down so they couldnt pay me ...but on the brighter side of things they did give me a comp for Denny's !!!

Great town though as an NCR man i have a big problem. There are too much tax evaders in this town and the monorail doesn't work :(

Prime Center 2. 115 W Primm BLVD Primm NV. Customer Service is horrible. Justin \\u0026 Amber need to be re- train. I brought the wrong carton of cigarettes. I won’t to refund them. They told me no refund. On the bottom of the receipt. It states and I quote NO REFUND ALL SALES ARE FINAL.EXCHANGES WITH RECEIPT ONLY WITHIN 30 DAYS. I have been a paying customer for months. And one has ever told me all sales are final. Kimberly the district manager. Needs to re- train ALL SUPERVISORS \\u0026 post sign that tell customers the policy at check out. Final sincerely thank the older gentleman for help me with the district number. 1-800-fun- stop. No a customer no more also restrooms very dirty

Cleanish men’s restroom but half the women’s stalls were out of order = suuuper long line. Also no toilet paper in women’s restroom so everyone was using the toilet seat covers to wipe. ? Very overpriced gas, snacks, and donut shop and you’re definitely paying a premium for scarcity of options.

One of the worst landing places Vegas could ever offer it's guess. Filthy, high prices, and I swear somebody is going to slap that little Asians stud for smacking her fist on the counter the way she does. Took 15 minutes to put $20 worth of gas in my tank because they kept sending me back and forth between two cashiers. I had to cut up in front of the whole line in order for everybody to get service because the two in the front was trying to play they didn't know if they were going through a shift change or if they were leaving but I know they weren't trying to help nobody. Ill never stop there ever. DONT GO

First of all, I want to say the workers were very polite. No issues there.I would be very skeptical about some of the five-star reviews that were posted about Primm Center. Most of them seem to say "local guide." It is not unheard of for businesses, firms, or restaurants to pay people off or compensate with free products to get them to post five star reviews.The reviews that appear more legitimate, the one and two-star reviews complain about Primm Center prices being twice as high as other places, and exorbitant gas prices as well.I didn't see prices on their products. I grabbed a $1 or $1.50 bag of sunflower seeds for my wife. I was shocked when the person at the register told me it was $3.40. please see the receipt I posted online.I asked the workers why their prices were so high, and they agreed with me that they were very expensive. They said something about being associated with the casino or similar words.I have many times purchased bags of sunflower seeds and they are always $1 to $2. I was shocked by the price gouging. I would unfortunately not recommend that store to anybody. I will certainly never step foot in there again.It seems like a lot of businesses and companies are abusing the inflation thing. Don't they know that treating people poorly will eventually catch up with them?I would encourage people to not use that "convenience store." It will end up being a big inconvenience to your wallet... Unless you want your wallet to go on a great big diet.

High prices and low quality food products. Even gas prices are almost $1 more expensive than in Las Vegas. The only good thing is that there are clean bathrooms available. If you have no reason to stop here, continue to Las Vegas. And if you are going south why didn't you buy the things you would need in Las Vegas where it is much cheaper.

Filthy dirty everywhere!!!! They had nice outlets but the casino was terrible!! Won’t be going back for sure!
