I've been going to Kim for about a year and half now. But 2 weeks ago they had a family emergency & were closed on my days off but my nails had to be done. I went across the street and the work was absolute crap. Don't go there if you're in a hurry. They always have a wait...for good reason

So I went and got my nails done and I’m totally pissed I soaked my nails of for 48 hours so I could get my real nails redone and have length, I told Kim to not file my nails down and to just clean them up and she filed my nails completely down I have to now start all over with growing my nails back out!! They never listen when u tell them how u want things here they just do it their way!! I will not be returning , I also got my feet done which she rushed and really didn’t want to do I have sores on my feet from the bleeding bc she was to rough!!

Every time I go in to get my nails done and a wax, the employees are super nice and welcoming and they always do perfect work. I would 10 out of 10 recommend going here.

Zero stars. I asked the lady for a simple French set. My nails ended up looking bulky & horrible. The worst nail salon in Vegas. The last kept complaining saying she was tired. It looks like she used that tiredness on my hands. I am not a nail expert but who in the world does 6 coats. So ugly and I'm so disappointed.

I Love Love this nail shop very family friendly I got a full set and my husband and I both got pedicures ! I told Kym what I wanted and she did a top notch job and handled with care !!! To sit back and relax an d let them do their thing!!!!
