Well a 7-11. Has never been a good experience in my case. This 7-11 is one of the ones that I find difficult to give any positive feedback back on. Very rude employees! I understand it is not a top neighborhood to be employed. Then you shouldn't be working in that neighborhood. Employees go out of their way to treat customers rudely. Most likely it is becsuse the owner has a very bad attitude. Never have I had a pleasant visit. I live in this neighborhood. I stay away from this store as much as possible. If you don't want to have a bad day. Please,I recommend not going to this store. The only good thing about this store. It cannot be given a worse score from me. It can only get better. If I could have given no stars I would have.

This was by far the most enjoyable experience when it comes to customer service at a gas station. Ms. Kim has an incredible personality, & gave great service. Good Job 7-11.
Thank you KIM 👍🏾

The worst 7-Eleven I have ever seen.

This 7-11 is great. I come here every day since I live close by and get all my stuff here. The workers are amazing at what they do. They multitask, ring, stock, and clean with ease. Particularly Kim, Johnny, and Derenzo. They keep everything well stocked and the store neat and clean. Kim and Johnny interact with customers and give above and beyond excellent customer service I noticed from when people walk in, to when they ring them up, to when they walk out the door. It's impressive how nice they are and their customer service skills with how much they have to do and the shenanigans and riff raff they have to deal with. No matter how crappy a day or night or how crappy I feel, they always make me leave with a smile. They deserve more than a pat on their back or a raise, for real. Keep up the good work.

everything is about 1.5-2x the price of walmart and 90% of the employees have zero sense of urgency. you need to set aside at least 10 minutes to wait in line as they waddle around taking their sweet time. there is always only one cashier working despite the constant line. also the one cashier is half the time clearly on something (most likely) amphetamine and makes no attempt to hide it, talking very fast and loud and snapping their head around practically in fight or flight mode. i’m not against drug use, but do it in your own time and not when you’re serving customers. i won’t be specific about who it is because i don’t want to affect their employment status- everyone at least deserves a job.

They keep the mocha latte in the back because they lose money selling it so they don't sell it. They just keep it in the back. This 7-Eleven is useless I was spending a good $200 a month here and I can't even get a mocha latte so I'm going elsewhere. I'm not even going to bother walking in the store because I know they don't have anything I need they never do and that I got a comment from the 7-Eleven telling me that they care about my comment. 😅 Yeah right 🙊🙉🙈 try stocking the shelves and actually selling stuff instead of being a bodega... a ghetto store that has nothing but dust 🍂 I call this an inconvenience store because I'm right across the street yet I have to walk way out of the way to a better 7-Eleven which would be any other 7-Eleven because this is the worst you should be ashamed. I've been to many. This is the worst

No consistency. Day shift you can get everything. Night shift they tell you they can’t cook pizza because they are working alone. No time to cook my pizza = no time to charge me for the other items then, so I put every item back and spent my money elsewhere. Twice this has happened now at this location.

I love 7-Eleven and I go to 7-Eleven all the time so when I saw you had a app I downloaded it and it told me about all the other 7-Elevens you had around the city. I stopped into the 7-Eleven on 15th and Fremont and was completely disappointed. They were out of chili they were out of cheese they were out of spicy hot dogs they were out of everything except the cheeseburger hot dog and the regular Big bite hot dog. The hot dog was lukewarm even though it looked like it had been there for a minute and the lady at the cash register told me it was cooked. And on top of all that the cashier didn't even ask me for my number so I get the points for the money I spent for my account truly disappoint. And on top of all that they don't clean the food rotator for the hotdogs and it gave me the sh+ts.

Service is good here as long as you go in the afternoon when the order foreign guy is not working. The only reason I say that is because he isn't sure how to load money on certain cards. The service is good and fast and the food is hot and fresh. However, there are a lot of people outside asking for money.

Went to 7-11 and paid under $9.00 with points of 470/490. Went today 2 days later (4 March 2024) and paid almost $10.00. Asked why and the lady stated it changed every month and was 500 points this month to get discount! That was a flat out lie since I got discount under $9.00 on 2 March. Very poor service when employees lie to customers!
