The 7-11 on Eastern and Bonanza is the worst I've ever been in. Dirty inside and out, coolers don't work. Staff doesn't speak English very well. One night I was there waiting to pay for my stuff. When it was my turn I was looking down and counting change when the cashier jumped on the counter. I said what hell and stepped back, he then jumped down and put his arm around my back and pushed me into the counter and ran out the store chancing a shop lifter. The whole time he was gone I was the only one in the store. When he returned he started yelling at me saying a was the shop lifters partner and pushed me. I told him I wasn't his partner and told him if I was u wouldn't have any cash in the cash drawer ( he left it open while he was chasing the real thief). I told him to call the police but he wouldn't. I returned a few days later and the cashier started talking in another language. The guy asked what happened so I told him. The cashier lied and said other stuff. I called him a lier to his face and told his boss to look at security cameras and you will see that I was telling the truth. They refused. And told me to leave. Since the day I've never stopped in into another 7-Eleven and never will.

They are on the list of approval places to add cash to the cash app but the people that work there are completely inept in doing there job. I can't stand these ignorant people that don't want to do there jobs.

They don't accept 7/11 wallet payments. But clean and the staff is nice. Came for the Diesel though, no one knew the price, so I left

The black lady on graveyard is one of the best customer service persons I've ever known she is very attentive and very pleasant I like her as a cashier and maybe a manager thank you

7/11 on bonanza and eastern! Was at one point a great place to get what you needed! I came here for years! 07/10/2022 10pm. Shut the place down with a shift changed! There’s always talking down to Hispanic that come in! Which I feel like that prejudice! The 7/11 up the street by 7th is in a bad neighborhood! Treat all with all due respect! Management needs to do something asap! Employees don’t work for 7/11, they do what they want! With a stinky attitude! Seems like they fired the Latinas ladies that cared more then what they have now!… 08/19/2022 closed at 7:30 pm they close the store multiple times a day! The management horrible

Very disrespectful worker is so sad when people act that way he will not give me my money back I ask for manager he give me a wrong number to call / plus continue eating his ice cream/ I got the wrong product and I ask him to exchange for-the right one he say no wait for manager, really I just got it never left store and he still will not he started smiling I just took his pic and walked out ! Be careful people in the morning going to this 711 the worker are high and service is poor! I finally got the right number and call for manager they hang up so I continue calling and the phone just stop ringing.store 34682 . Also he was not even in a mask / All workers supposed to me mask . Bad business plus eating and handling money no gloves or nothing, health hazard

It's rare I come in this 7 eleven and I see why. These women that work in here are the rudest set of workers ever. They are unprofessional, lack customer service and are just plan rude. This is my last visit here. There are plenty of other ones in the area that welcome you spending your money. If I knew I could curse on her and not be banned I would really tell you how I feel. I wish I could give them a negative one. Raggedy asses.
