Been coming here for at least 9 years never had a problem today 12/24/24 I bought gas they double charge my card I caught the manager refused to correct it my bank is go dispute but they are double charging debit and credit cards

Nice 7-Eleven in Las Vegas, you can get some food and/or drinks here relatively cheaply. You can also gamble. The cashier was very friendly.

Tried to buy a pizza. Cashier named "Dale" stated pizza oven isn't working and when I commented this is the second 7-Eleven I've stopped at with the oven "not working" he told me it's closed for cleaning and deal with it, I don't care what you rate us. Hence the one star rating. In addition, I am a 7-Eleven rewards member and he didn't even give me the option to input my number, just beeped right through to checkout so I couldn't even collect points on the other items I was purchasing. So not only lost out on pizza but on my points for my remaining $15 of purchases as well. Worst 7-eleven experience by far. Went to McDonald's for food instead.

Probably the best 7 Eleven I have been to in the States..spotlessly tidy and upon two visits, two things had run out in the hot drink section. The staff were on it straightaway and were super polite. Special acknowledgement to the young chaser with blonde hair who was there 1/1 at 5.30am having dealt with a lot of hassle that night and was very friendly.

I have never in my life seen a 7 11 close as often as this place ? I'm a local I came here 5 times in 1 week and they were closed 4 times ? There's a couple 7 11's in the area that closed there doors I'll bet every dime I got that says this place will be closed soon

On 12/29/23 around 3pm I came to this location for gas. What I expected to be a quick 5 minute stop turned into nearly an hour. I had tried to pay at the gas pump however all the pumps kept saying “please see cashier” which was not the problem as this happens at many gas stations. The problem happened after I went inside to pay with the cashier. I asked for $40.00 on pump #1. I go back outside and the pump was not working so I had to go back inside again. The cashier said that was because the receipt said pump #4, meaning she incorrectly rung up my gas on the wrong pump. She refused to refund me and even called me a liar saying that I told her pump #4 which is not true at all. The customers who used pump 4 actually went inside to pay for their gas after realizing they got free gas, but what happened to the money for my gas? The employee intended on pocketing it! I was kicked out by security as a result of arguing with her. I find it funny how if I steal from the store, security would drop me to the floor, but its okay for an employee to steal money from a customer. Shame on the security guard, for throwing me out basically saying too bad you got robbed. My mother who was with me called the police and only after the police showed up were we able to be helped. Normally you might hear the news about a gas station being robbed. The tables have turned on this one

When I walked in I immediately turned the corner and all of a sudden could hear a staff member complaining, "ugh did she not read the sign? It's a wet floor!" As soon as I realised she was talking about me, I moved out of the way and apologised. It was an honest mistake as I didn't even see the sign when I walked in! This obviously wasn't good enough for her (Asian woman, 30s with pigtails and glasses), rather than acknowledging/speaking to me directly, she kept talking about me saying things like, "can't she read?"Horrendous customer service and just a nasty, childish attitude. A grown adult acting like she never left school. Also, while I was waiting in line, she STILL kept moaning about her precious wet floor, literally started telling customers where to stand. If you're seriously so hung up on mopping a floor in a place where people will be constantly walking in and out, you clearly have a miserable life because it really isn't that deep.

This location is super ghetto. From the tack head employees; to the overly emotional rent-a-cops. If anyone has issues at this location, don’t go to the link that the store owner is posting under comments; go to their official corporate site. That way, something could be done about this location.You’re welcome!

got harassed and pepper sprayed from a security guard who was 10 feet away from me with no direct threat to him.this location condones racism. I tried to call the store immediately afterwards and the phone number tied to Google was shut off. which is why I left this review. now they want to send me to a link instead of give me direct contact details.
