The black male whos name tag says cookie on it was very hostile and vulgar and followed us out trying to fight us I don't know what his problem was we bought beer and chips never said anything bad to him at all owners need to watch cameras and see how he treats ppl

Older black dude & lady were in the store, mislabeled a product & mischarged us, admitted they made a mistake labeling the product, & refused to give us a refund for their mistake. The dude just laughed in our face & said he won't give us a refund, & then proceeded to follow us OUT of the store to ask if there was a problem as we're getting in our car. So extremely rude.

Why do they close the 711 doors and make people wait for 25 minutes to buy something to eat? Isn't that against the rules or something losing customers

Frist off an employee was smokeing right in front of the enterance blow her smoke out as I walked in .second an older lady behind the register was yelling at my 12 year in because she was using the wrong cups for her ice coffee seemed very upset that my daughter used the only Coffee cups that were available to her .the cashier had the cups hidden behind the register I asked her why the cups where behind hidden and not out for the public she said that she didn't want people touching the cups so I asked then why are the other coffee cups out that people could touch she just gave me a look and said that the cups were for coffee and I said well she's getting ice coffee and she just gave this stupid look I was super upset and told my daughter to pay her ice coffee so we could leave .the cashier and I started yelling at each other a simple note to the public. And some customer service lessons for her it was my frist and last visit to that 7 eleven location hope it gets shut down

Very dangerous location at night. Stay alert. Panhandlers loiter at entrance. Store is small so not much selection.
