711 needs to be shut down. They price gauge, everything is beyond expensive. They charge $5 for a cup of noodles, when that's only . 60 in the store. They charge. 80 for ice, when Ice is usually free .25 or . 50 with your own cup. They charge $6 for a can of tuna, we need to stop coming to 711 and shop at dollar tree or Walmart.

Kamia was absolutely wonderful! A skipcart driver took our order and never delivered it! She was so kind and helpful remaking the order once I had the delivery cancelled and put an additional pick up order in. Her kindness was amazing in a moment I was so frustrated!
Thank you Kamia for customer service that went above and beyond!!

The fountain drink cups are not in the correct display with the prices. The only reason we go to 7¹¹ is for the drink deal. A LG $1 & XLG $2.59+. If you don't want the XLG the person working here all upset about losing on the first of the cup and insists more than double the price! OR OUT THE CUPS CORRECTLY. This must happen often since they had a meltdown.
They probably do this intentionally to double the fountain drink sales.. Shame on you 7¹¹ and I hope saving on the cost of the cup was worth my 5 stops weekly. Circle K is now my go to!!

I stopped at the 7/11 @ russell and mt.vista last night...I held the door open for a lady and kids and they went in...not too busy, two clerks on duty.with a customer with a large dog between his knees bent over trying to control it. Got my beverage of choice and went up to pay and the guy still has the dog by its choker collar between his knees, crouched over. I moved around him to leave and that's when the Dog attacked, ripping through my pants at the hip and leaving some superficial welts. The owner then stated that he was sorry and that the dog doesn't like people getting too close to him! Just think what could of happened if the little girl that I'd opened the door for would have been in my place! Isn't it against the rules to bring an animal like this into a convenience store? I'm pissed off!

I go into 7-11 at Mountain Vista and Russell in Las Vegas, NV and the clerk charges mee $2.59 first a 1.59 Big Gulp. The last clerk told me he is pocketing the money and giving free food away to his friends. My life is threatened and they talk down to me every time I go in there. Thanks for the beautiful service.

I'm not one to write reviews, but after my experience here I was SOO excited to write one! The owner (Alex) was INSANELY welcoming and nice! He made my day and is someone i'll always remember. I watched him as he was on his feet the entire time restocking, cleaning, and dealing with the register at the same time (so impressive!) I've never seen such a hands on owner! I'm for sure only getting gas and snacks from here! Don't even get me started on the rest of the staff!! Mackenzie who was working up front was so friendly and clearly loves her job! She was smiling, laughing, and speaking to EVERYONE who walked in! She's super upbeat and while talking to her it felt like i've known her forever! Kim was also working the register and had me laughing the WHOLE time! I was expecting to just go inside grab my snacks and leave but ended up staying for an hour just chatting with the staff and owner! They also have ALLLL the best snacks and drinks! Literally everything you are craving/thinking of they have it + more! If they don't have it just ask if they can order it! I go here weekly now to stock up on all my favorites and look forward to it! They are priced so reasonably compared to other gas stations i've been to around vegas which makes them even better!! I highly recommend this 7-Eleven

This is the worst 7-Eleven I have been to. The owner allows homeless people to live on the 7-Eleven premises and harass regular people just doing their everyday thing. I told the owner about the situation more than once and he just ignores his paying customers. I'll never purchase gas or anything from this location.

Completely RACIST ! I was not aware that Hispanics go FIRST in line at 7/11, doesn't matter if you've been waiting in line before them, as soon as they are READY then they can cut the line and get serviced FIRST. COMPLETELY RACIST AND RUDE , your employees need training and etiquette maybe there previous employment was at a ZOO or a BARNYARD but they definitely do NOT know customer service. Be better off working as CLOWNS in a circus. Good riddance

Last summer I came into this facility to check out a couple slot machines that I had never played. I like the set up because you're far enough away from the customers and the workers no one bothers you. So after gambling for about two and a half hours I walked over to the fountain drink area and asked one of the workers if I could have a courtesy cup. He rudely and loudly says we don't give out free drinks. The owner was also there and looked at me like I was a beggar we don't do that here. You know it's 114 degrees outside I've been gambling for two and a half hours. I spent over $140. This is the only convenience store I'm aware of that will not offer their customers a courtesy drink.... Their prices are way to high. 7-Eleven came out with their own product of soft drinks they were fifty cents a drink. Then went up to a dollar a drink. This place was at $1.89 a drink. Since this experience I've been in there four or five more times and the workers were very nice.

Employees were perfectly polite, but not being able to load money after 5 pm is dumb.

This is the best 711 in a 2 mile radius, clean , nice workers, never a issue here. But beware of other 711's
