Worst 711 ever. Short on staff , no name tags , I’m from the area so passing on my way home . Ice machine broken every time I visit . The only cashier I see outside on my way back to my car , said to not go back because machine was not getting fix anytime soon.

RECEIPT #381946204 4/1/25 12:15:59 AM. DON'T VISIT THIS STORE. WET FLOOR WITH NO CAUTION SIGN AND VERY RUDE CASHIER WITH NO NAME TAG..... Dear Corporate this is a formal complaint about my visit at this location on March 31st at 11:50 p.m. the cashier (with long hair like a girl) rudely came outside and accused me of loitering in HIS parking lot and calling authorities at the time I was waiting on my bank transfer so I can get gas I drove over to the pump and got out he was standing outside in front of the door he opened the door for me but I didn't go in because the floor front entrance was soaking wet and there was no caution wet floor sign on the floor during that time . Also the cashier Did Not have on a name tag . 12:15 am, I paid for my gas at the pump. I pulled over to a parking spot so I can write notes on what I just experienced. the cashier came outside for a second time and accuse me again and called the police. I asked for my receipt. He rudely through the receipt to the floor like I was not human and it was not his job to be courteous. I told him I will file a formal complaint with corporate. Maybe he was uncomfortable seeing a Black Women in a E350 Mercedes. I felt unsafe to enter the store I Think he wanted me to slip and fall.

Pssst. Hey. Check THIS 7/11 out. This is the BEST 7/11 in Las Vegas. Upbeat, courteous crew. Spotless clean store. Orderly shelves. Reasonable gas prices. This is what I wish EVERY 7/11 was like.

What really irks me about this 7-Eleven location is how poorly the management handles things. This was my last time coming here. It seems like every time I stop by, there’s some kind of shift change going on—no specific time, just earlier in the morning when I’m trying to get gas. We end up waiting for up to seven minutes, and customers are left standing there thinking, “What the hell?” I don’t need your weak apologies; I’ve got places to be. Just put up a sign that says “Shift Change—Sorry for the Inconvenience” so I can decide whether to wait or leave. I can respect that. But in this case, I was pressed for time. I still made it to work after getting my gas from the ARCO across the street—no BS about shift changes there. So, if you’re tired of the nonsense or just need gas, head to ARCO across the street or plan to come back later.
Update: I can't do your job. Asking for details. Just run the camera. Anyway I took my business somewhere else.

If you go around 12 noon MondayMonday-Friday, dont even waste your time stopping....the food is always old around this time...hot dogs & pizza are from the morning

I got gas here and even there's several other stations around it was more affordable, very quick and I didn't even have to run inside as it all worked properly

Terrible experiences here in recent years. Manager wasn't helpful and refused to sell me propane because she didn't want to go outside. She lost a lot of business for this store. High turnover too. As new employees every few weeks it seems.

Drinks are cold here. The guy working in the afternoon is very respectful and always promoting the rewards. Definitely one of the cleaner 7elevens in Vegas. Go down to sunset and Eastern and you smell urine and you will see more crazy guys. This store on Pecos is the go to if you need a snack on Sunset Rd
