The staff here is incredibly helpful! I accidentally left one of my bags of goodies at the store. I called to double-check if it was still there, and to my surprise, someone answered right away and assured me they would set it aside for me. It took me about two hours to return and pick up my missing bag. Unfortunately, by the time I got back, a different store attendant had put all the goodies back. Fortunately, the person I had spoken to was still there. Without any prompting or conversation, they immediately told me it was no problem and helped me grab the items. I can’t believe the amazing customer service I received! I’m so grateful!

Red head girl working register, seem like she don't like her job , watched a attitude, over trying to load money on too a card , she went from yes you can add more the 400$ too oh you can only adds 400$ then decided to say never mind i can't do it you can find some where else . I belive this company needs a better service worker horribly place to arrive at .. for the lady working there , get a life seems you a bit depressed hun

I shop at your store everyday and the clerks there are really nice. But this morning I left my red and silver lid cup in your store today 12/28/2024 at 6:53am and have been trying to call the store because I work across the street at The Love Store and nobody will answer the phone. The cup has sentimental value for me and I'd really like it back. Thanks. I went to the store and got my cup back and the clerk was sitting down on his phone in back and I asked him why he didn't answer the phone when I called and he stated that you don't have a store phone. Is that true? What if there's an emergency for a guest or a clerk in the store?

Do NOT order from this store when getting any delivery services. They will not put all of your items in the bag. Instead they will make you believe that the items are available but once your order is delivered, all purchased items are not in the bag. After noticing I had items missing, I proceeded on by calling the store number, which transferred to someone’s personal cell. The guy who I spoke with was really rude and hung up. If you are looking to spend your hard earned money in a quality store with good customer service, do NOT shop at this 7-11!!!!!

Every day I go on lunch(12p) to this location and almost every time there is no food ready for the lunch rush; the only time there is food ready is when the lady is working behind the counter; this location will no longer be my go-to for lunch.

If your not a minority in this store you get no attention. I stood there for quite some time by the hot food area, waiting for a worker to help me.Several Spanish men and women received attention before I got assistance.
