This store has always been one of my favorites I absolutely love Aaron he's great asking with most of the clerks. But this new 3rd shift clerk is awful. She's rude, disrespectful and lazy. She'll ask you what your doing there when you walk in and out your there to gamble the forget it. She closed the machines constantly and refuse to let you gamble. She locks you out of the store. She has no business working some place that has gambling.. for real. Shen didn't belong in a job where she's gonna be working with people.

Cashier using personal account to collect rewards points and refusing customers discounts/promotions for items. Refused to honor buy 2, get $3 off and wouldn't remove the sign. Saw him refuse a different customer a separate promotion as well.

Zero stars Sunday April 6, 2024 Worker was rubbing his face and nose. I requested he scan my items without touching them. He and another cashier kept saying my card didn't work. They also said no cash back even though the screen offered it. They pressed something from behind the register and the cash back option disappeared. One of them said maybe it's my intelligence that's why it's not working. At that point I put my items down and walked out of the store. Calling the BBB on Monday. March 23, 2024 Cashier lacked customer service, and shortened my change by a miniscule amount, but I corrected him and got the correct amount.

I tried not to even give a one star everyone stills and the Indian managers and the white lady are so rude we shall all come together this location needs to be shut down . Also ice machine has yellow color

I wish I could leave 0 stars! The Mexican guy that works in the morning with black hair that's combed back is a straight jerk. Super rude! I will never be back to this 711 ever! This guy has zero customer service skills. Extremely rude and unhappy!

If I could leave 0 Stars I would.On 10/12/2023 7:32pm I cashed out $160 from the slot machine and the guy on shift "David Wesley" I believe his name was, got mad at me for cashing out. He said the machine were out of order and he had no "out of order" sign on them. Now 10/16/2024 I've gone back a couple of times and still no pay. Other people on shift told me that the person on shift is responsible for giving me the cash out.David's story is that the cash was there by the end of his shift and the cash was gone the next day. David apparently got tired of seeing me and when I ask for help he ignored me helped other people gave out more payouts from the slot machines and when I ask what's going out with my payout he said I can't help you I'm gonna go on a smoke break.

Not a good 7-11 to go to. Cashier was not too busy but prioritized payers in line while i tried to wait patiently to be served. I was waiting ahead of those paying. I thought i saw a store manager but all he did was look at me and hid at back of store.

This is the second store I have visited, and am extremely disappointed. Most 7-Elevens for the most part offer cash back up to a maximum of $10. This 7-Eleven does not. I do not recommend shopping at this store until they offer the customers as much as possible. I will be visiting this store within the next few days to see if any changes as far as cash back goes has been made.
